I would treat any 5/5 reviews for this hotel as suspect. The only reason I often stay here is because I was born nearby, and so from my point of view the location good. It is relatively easy to get into tourist areas of London via the tube station at Swiss Cottage, and there are often London taxis waiting outside the hotel. However, I'm a Bonvoy Titanium member (also lifetime gold) and regularly stay in Marriott hotels across the UK and USA, and this is probably one of the worse Marriott hotels I have stayed in, along with the Marriott Marble Arch (also in London) - both hotels seem to be under the same, or similar, management. The staff at reception are often, but not always, rude and indifferent. On a few occasions I haven't received the room I paid for... in fact the room one gets can often bear no resemblance to the room booked. It seems to depend on whether the staff like the look of you, or not. It's not unusual, when receiving an "upgrade", that the room is actually a downgrade. Most of the rooms are in poor condition with mold or damp on ceilings in some rooms. Usually there isn't a native English speaker on duty at reception and it can be difficult communicating with the staff. I think the language issues are why staff only reply to requests via the app' with potted answers that bear little relation to the request made. Some of the staff are helpful and friendly - but there seems to be a toxic caste based culture imported from overseas that is at odds with London's multicultural dynamic. There are regularly problems with the lifts. The restaurant is ok and we often eat there. The breakfast in the executive/M lounge is ok too, but sometimes the sausages seem a little under cooked and not very hot. If Marriott upgraded or refreshed the rooms, improved staff training and provided consistent service I would be happy to stay there more often.

Had a marvellous weekend stay at this hotel. Spacious room, comfortable beds and lots of little extras. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The pool was very enjoyable and open till late. Finally the staff were great and nothing was too much. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would look to stay here next time I'm in London for the weekend.

Overall, I would recommend the property. The rooms were clean and there was really nothing to complain about other than the bathrooms in the rooms lacking an exhaust fan and having auto-closing doors - this resulted in an extremely hot bathroom any time a shower was taken. The property is close to the tube, so that’s very convenient for local travel. We had dinner once and the breakfast buffet once during our two night stay - ultimately, the breakfast buffet was a little subpar but acceptable nonetheless, and the ribeye dinner was pretty good. The only downside of our dining experience experience was the lack in service staff during breakfast, as no one addressed us or cleared any plates throughout.

The Marriott at Regents Park is a weathered hotel located near Swiss Cottage. Beware of clothes moths at this hotel. We saw a few flying around the check-in counter and later found more in our room. Had it not been for the event that we were attending at the very same hotel, we would have moved straight away elsewhere. We found the room with worn carpeting as well as the corridors. There were water stains and previous water damage on the ceiling of our room. The rooms all seem to have a balcony, and it is nice to be able to open the door to let fresh air in. The staff was wonderful and attentive to every guest's needs. Some of the staff who care for the rooms are new to the UK and have limited English skills, but once they understood the request, they efficiently provided what we needed. I wouldn't return here a second time.

From the moment I arrived at the London Marriott Regent’s Park, I was an emotional wreck. I had just discovered that the home I’d booked through Booking.com was suddenly unavailable, leaving my family and me stranded with two small children in a foreign city. To say I was upset would be an understatement. But the moment I stepped into the Marriott, everything changed. I was greeted by Thanuka, whose kindness and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. He didn’t just check me in β€” he checked on me. His empathy and professionalism turned a very stressful situation into one filled with comfort and care. The entire Marriott team went above and beyond to make sure my children and I were taken care of. From arranging a smooth check-in to ensuring we had everything we needed, they truly embodied what hospitality is all about. Every interaction felt genuine β€” like we were being looked after by family. What started as one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had ended up becoming one of the most memorable, thanks to this incredible team. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion, attentiveness, and warmth. If you’re considering where to stay in London β€” choose the Marriott Regent’s Park. Not only will you find comfort, but you’ll find a team that truly cares.

We had an amazing stay at London Marriott Regents park. We were upgraded to a mini suite with a balcony with access to M-club lounge. We stayed for 6 nights. As we were travelling with a small kid, we weren't allowed in the lounge with the kid so we had breakfast in the restaurant instead. The breakfast spread was fantastic and everything was great quality. There were drinks and appetizers in the evening between 17:30-19:30 in the M-club lounge. The staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, steam room and sauna 4 days out of 6. Playing in the pool was the highlight of the vacation for our daughter. The room was large, the bed was comfortable. There was a mini bar in the room. Two bottles of water were provided daily. The toiletries provided were fantastic quality. (all L'Occitane products) We would love to stay here again on our next trip to London.

Make sure to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. This site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. We had an amazing stay here, the staff was so friendly, the breakfast was very good. It’s only a short walk from a metro station and we also found a lot of places to eat in walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

I'd give service way more stars if I could! Location is in swanky Regents Park, so a little out of the way from Central London, but quick access to the tube on the Jubilee Line. I loved my stay here, the rooms were very clean with a deep soaking tub. They did a room refresh daily, so water, tea, coffee and biscuits were added each day. The lounge area was a hub for people, with a nice bar and restaurant. If traveling alone, you will definitely bump into people to chat if you want. Private members lounge was well staffed for breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Nice quiet place to relax after a long day or wait for someone. I felt very well taken care of and definitely recommend if not being in the center of everything is appealing.

I stayed at Marriott Hotel for a Conference. It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the customer service is awesome. The staff are courteous and ready to attend to your needs. My bathroom was very clean, The breakfast was buffet style with a variety to choose from; fruits, English and continental meals. I loved the pancakes, croissant, hash brown, salmon, mushrooms and cranberry juice. I also had a seafood pasta for dinner and it was okay. I would love to stay there again. The only downside was towards the end of my stay, 2 of their 3 lifts stopped working. Thankfully, I was on the 1st floor so it wasn't too difficult using the stairs.

The rooms are quite large and modernly furnished. Everything is available and neat. The beds were quite worn out. The air conditioning is a bit noisy - it was possible to adjust the temperature but not the modes. Therefore, it ran all night. We stayed on the first floor - when you leave the elevators you look at a roof with artificial grass and it smells terribly musty. The elevators were very worn and unkempt as was the exterior and facade of the building. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was very good.
