The hotel is in a charming neighborhood, conveniently close to two tube stations and about a 20-minute walk from Harrods. The staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast is enjoyable, though service can be a bit slow. The second-floor room was comfortable but had limited storage and natural light. Access requires taking the elevator to the first floor and walking up two flights of stairs, which can be inconvenient with luggage. Wi-Fi was inconsistent, and the hallways are somewhat dark, but overall it’s a pleasant and convenient place to stay in London.

I would like to thank Ms Elga sincerely for how she rescued our trip. Last year we booked a room via “Royal Albert Hall Membership Code” with a privilege price, and we were lucky to have a very decent and spacious room. This year we booked as “Hilton Honor Member” with the full price paid (non refundable), however somehow (via online check in) we got a much smaller room with defects that made us think we couldn’t have a sound sleep with reasonable quietness. Elga was so understanding and helpful, we told her that my daughter and I needed a space to revise and work before the concert in Royal Albert Hall, so she arranged a very exquisite room for us immediately with reasonable upgrade charges and other thoughtful complimentary arrangements. We enjoyed high quality room service and had a very sound sleep, before and after the concert. The London trip was the highlight of the half term to our family. Huge thanks to Elga for giving us a sweet memory during the stay. Because of her professionalism we are more than happy to return to 100 Queen’s Gate.

I had a wonderful stay at 100 Queen’s Gate Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. The hotel is beautifully designed. Our room was spotless, well cleaned and arranged, spacious, and beautifully decorated. peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was. we can’t wait to return.

I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing experience. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the quality of the food overall was very good. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast service, which was a bit slow at times. However, the food itself was tasty and nicely presented. Overall, a very good.

We were a bit disappointed with our stay here. We were expecting a bit more being 5-star and a member of Amex Fine Hotels. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Each morning there was a short line as they opened a bit after 7. There is no lunch service anywhere at the hotel. This was disappointing as we had a $100 credit from Amex we hoped to use. We ended up ordering Room Service. That took over an hour to bring a soup, salad and a glass of wine. Room was fine, but very small. They said we were upgraded - i cannot imagine what the original would have been. Lastly, requested the Amex late checkout benefit (until 4). They would allow 1:30 only. Overall, it was fine. I just wouldn't chose it as a first choice.

Beautiful building and artwork! My favourite was the bar downstairs - their service was a delight and the cocktails were amazing. The rooms were nice but a bit small BUT great if you’re looking to stay in a good Chelsea location. Everywhere you walk around the hotel is just beautiful and one of my favourite areas in London! This place is a MUST VISIT.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect setting. The staff were all first class, always there and ready to help. Very clean with top notch services. Within walking distance of great shopping, museums and parks. Highly recommend. The breakfasts were an excellent start to the day.

While the rooms are a little expensive for what is essentially a premier Inn, the hotel itself, especially the restaurant are amazing. The breakfast was very tasty with a great choice of options. The main menu is also tremendous mainly because I love waffles all their forms so the waffle burgers were a particular treat though the sweet ones were also good. But of a shame about the automatic service charge though Finally, an especially big thank you to the staff who put on the early continental breakfast for my colleagues and I. It was very much appreciated and set us all up for the day
