Usual Ibis standard. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast great! 10 min. walk to Canary Wharf Jubilee Line station and then one tube stop from O2 arena and at least a third the price of hotels on peninsula - What's not to like?

We had a Great experience with this Hotel in London. The staff was really nice, especially Hannan at the reception. I gave the room a 1 Star reduction, Because the air Ventilation in the bathroom could Not be turned off. Though it wasnt too loud, it was annoying at times. Also we couldnt Connect our devices to the TV. The Location is Close to Lines to the City, roughly 40 min to the Centre of London, and only a 15 min Walk to the canary wharf. All in All a Great stay.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Canary Wharf and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and perfectly okay for a short stay. Overall, a good experience and great service from the team.

We stayed at the Ibis Hotel when visiting London to see Tom Odell at the O2, and the location honestly couldn’t have been better! By the time he played his last song, we were able to jump in a taxi and be back at the hotel within 20 minutes so convenient, especially when so many nearby hotels were charging a fortune that night. We only paid £80 for the room, which was excellent value for money. The room itself was basic but comfortable nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for a short stay, a comfy bed, and enough room to relax after the concert. If you’re looking for a well-priced, no-fuss hotel close to the O2, this is a great option. It did the job perfectly and made our concert night super easy and stress-free!

Really nice room and friendly staff. However the toilet in the room blocked on the first day, it was fixed and then made the whole bathroom smell of sewage. The bathroom door is also on a curved wall so we couldn't shut the door to get rid of the smell. Immediately after being fixed it blocked again, which meant that we had to use the toilet downstairs. There's no signposting that there's a downstairs toilet so on my first day I had to take a bus into canary wharf to find a toilet at 9am. Pillows very firm and quite uncomfortable. The Location wasn't great either. Advertised as close to the o2 but getting to the o2 (or anywhere) was a nightmare.

Basic hotel with a very kind staff. Breakfast was very good and fresh daily. The 5th star is missing because of the tiny size of what's been called "family room" and a terrible sofa bed. All in all- great basic value for money hotel.

5* stars for the lovely staff at reception! HOWEVER, this hotel most definitely has a drainage problem, as soon as I turned on the shower, it stank! Same with the sink, horrible and vile drainage smell. We paid £135 for 1 night, for which I expect at least the basic cleanliness from a hotel. I would recommend paying £10/20 extra and staying at the Hilton in this area, as you’ll get a better experience by far.

Thank you all at IBIS .Very welcoming with great hints tips for getting around Canary Wharf, as well as other places great transport links close bye, depending where you want/need to be. All areas can be accesses by Transport for London. Got taxi from King's Cross cost £42. Manager suggested UBER back to King's Cross half the price. Manager and staff very helpful and accomodating, clean comfortable. Had 3 rooms booked for 3 nights ,comfortable sleep, ensuite great with liquid soap and hair wash, fresh towels. breakfast. Some good eating places nearby. O2 CLOSE BY ALSO. Staff assistance prior to arrival was really good following some concern on bill. Addressed immediately concern alleviated( awaiting refund back to card.) Hotel is close to busy roads, traffic noise yes but to be expected, however we did not have any concerns, slept well. Car park available but chargeable, not many spaces. Had small issue with toilet, unable to rectify straight away, offered to move us, no big issue, stayed in room , following day, maintenance man arrived resolved. As mentioned staff great very helpful. May need to be back in the area next year we know where we are booking. Hope to see you all again soon, thanks to each and everyone of the team . Hope you had a chocolate, yes we gave them some chocolates, that's how good we thought they are. Thank you all.

Unfriendly staff, small room, no soundproofing, no fridge or water on arrival but that's just a detail. What I dislike are the cleaning ladies who come in without knocking and clean up quickly to make themselves look good. Not to mention that one of the cleaning ladies went through my stuff and stole some shoes. I have not received any message or call from the hotel about this. Disgusting.
