β5 Stars so very well deserved. It was so easy to change the dates due to illness. Thank you. Inez Elaine is a credit to your company, so very helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay.β
βPerfect location. Staff are fantastic... nothing is too much trouble. Would stay here again because of the people. Could do with glasses in the bedroom. Great to have at least 6 USB sockets in the room.β
βHere is the English translation: I came from Taiwan and stayed at a 2-person room on the 5th floor for 13 days at the end of November. At first, I saw many mixed reviews, but after staying here, I truly felt the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and I had no bad experiences. There was no curtain beside the bed, but there were four outlets in the room, which was more than enough. The food sold on the first floor was affordable and tasty, and itβs also a good choice if you want to have a drink. If you need hot water, you can ask for it at the bar. The self-service breakfast costs Β£9.5 and is enough to make you full. The bathrooms and toilets were clean too, although some locks were broken, but it didnβt affect usage. The heating starts at 8 p.m. and lasts until the morning; sometimes it starts earlier or ends earlier. I am still staying here now, and I highly recommend this place to travelers who come to London and donβt have very high requirements for accommodation.β
βGreat location for a good price, walking distance from King's Cross and the city. Very hospitable staff. Rooms comfortable and very quiet, didn't hear any traffic noise. Some communal areas could do with refurbishment, the reception area was pristine. Would book again!β
βWe had a great stay for 4 nights. Room was cosy and clean and it has all needed facilities (except of teaspoons but we received them in reception). Staff was friendly and helpfull. Localisation was really convenient: less than 30 minutes walk to Westminster Abbey or Big Ben and just 5 minutes to Victoria Coach Station. I highly reccomend this hotel if you want to have comfort stay in a reasonable price. I have to admit that I've never slept in such a comfortable bed!β
βAnother great stay at this incredible hotel. The staff were welcoming and supportive as always. Lovely breakfast buffet too. Itβs been recently refurbished so the decor is fresh and stylish.β
βWe had a huge room! Three beds when booked a twin. Bathroom a good size. 4 min walk to Victoria coach station and the same for wicked theatre show. Staff friendly, clean, tv, air con, coffee & teas free. Would definitely book here if needing this area again.β
βI had a great stay at Maitrise Hotels. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay very pleasant. The receptionist harrywas especially helpful, polite, and professional, and made check-in quick and easy while being very welcoming. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would happily recommend Maitrise Hotels to others.β
βOur group stayed here for 4 nights and we have very smooth stay. Maria ( group booking manager) is just awesome as she helps a lot. She make our stay n go behond to help us on every steps. My all group is happy with the stay. Breakfast is nice n staff Ranjita and Dibbya is very good and ready to help us. Jose at front desk is cherry on top and so as bar guy. Overall we all are happy with the service and our stay.β
βConvenient location. First I was given a room with funny smell ( smell of sweat) and they gave me another one that actually smelled really nice. Spacious bedroom. Great place to stay in the south.β
βI am really disappointed to see thar some reviews people have said this is a 2 star hotel. There are crazy ilford travelodge is the best hotel in east london for me its 5 star. The service we get every time is the best. We always come to this hotel and without a blink we get everything' we asks for . The location is the best 5 mins away from the station shops near by. Rooms are always clean. And the staff especially these guys are what hotels are made off. Starting with lira running the place with a special mention to sabrina, tammy, emannuela, amit, shadab, adriano, alina, ashif. Giffty. Thank You so much and more if i cant remember all the names but thank you all for you guys who make this travelling enjoyable. You all have made this the best hotel in east london. Nasir mirzaβ
βI really enjoyed my stay at Travelodge Tolworth! The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my visit. What pleasantly surprised me was the food β everything was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The breakfast was especially good, with plenty of options to choose from and great coffee to start the day. The location is convenient, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. Iβll definitely be coming back β highly recommendedβ
βWe had a lovely one night layover at this hotel. Bee, at the desk, was extremely helpful in making sure we had the accommodations we had requested. So lovely. Even as we were waiting for confirmation she put our phone on charge. Carlos helped us with nearby options for activities. We enjoyed the chat and our room was better than expected. Lovely people to work with.β
βI received a really warm welcome. The owners were very helpful in many different ways. The room was clean and comfortable and would definitely stay in 'My Room' again. The price was spot on and it was located in a quiet area, great for a chance to relax. I can't wait to use the Chumleigh Lodge Hotel again. I really enjoyed my stay. 10/10 x ~ THANK YOU xβ
βIt seems looking at some other review, people expect hotel quality from this place. It's best to keep in mind that this is a hostel. Location is excellent!! I was happy with the room, it was clean but a little worn in places. I had a twin bedroom on the ground floor and I was impressed that I had no issues with noise outside. However it does seem that the walls between rooms/corridors are paper thin, and this did disrupt my sleep a bit. I would recommend wearing ear plugs!β
βWe always stay here when we are working in the city, great location for us! Booking staff are always helpful with our reservations, rooms are clean and tidy.β
βReally handy for Marylebone station and underground too. Lovely area and so near to heart of London. Very well priced for London & good rooms ( youβd get less elsewhere at much higher price ). Marylebone is world famous and the station has a bit of impact. The Beatles filmed A Hard Days Night there!!β
βMake sure to use HotelTully.α΄α΄m when booking a stay. This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! This hotel has a great location, close to Kings Cross. I have stayed here many times now, when I come to London for a few days and always find it warm, clean and comfortable. I especially like the fact that the bathrooms have a bath, as well as a shower, which is a bonus in a hotel these days. Reception staff are always helpful and the breakfast is good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.β
βNo issues with the room - was perfectly adequate, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was kind and helpful when I needed to fix a mistake I made on my booking.β
βStayed in a family room for 6, on the basement. Room 53. To be honest, I didn't have high hopes after reading some reviews. But I was very gladly surprised! Staff are very kind, the rooms are clean (except for the fact that I have animosity against carpets), the beds were comfortable enough, considering its not a 4*hotel. You get what you pay, in this case, in my experience, more! The breakfast was acceptable, small room, but didn't have to wait either morning, and we were 6! Freshly baked (frozen, I assume) croissants, milk, cereals, toasts... I can't say I liked the coffee though. BUT! And I can't believe I didn't see this in any review: there is a lounge in the groundfloor with a coffee/hot chocolate machine you can use for free! I recommend this small and underrated hotel 100%. One negative aspect would be the stairs being quite narrow, and no lift, but they are very open about that, after all, its a beautiful old building.β
βReally cant complain for the price paid. Stayed for 17 nights. Clean and safe place to lay your head. Staff friendly and polite. Most people stay for a day or two, but they have a few long term residents (who were really pleasant and told me where to go for stuff locally). Microwave and kettle in food prep area. Food and drink Vending machines for something quick. I would have no problems in coming back here, although probably not for everyone. Mostly for the budget conscious.β
βAbsolute steal for the price. We were quite worried from the reviews. Our keys were waiting for us in a lock box when we arrived. Our private room was large, comfortable and even had a fridge. Clean bathrooms, hot water. Kitchen was always clean and had heaps of space. Large area for eating/chilling. Good wifi. Lots of shops, restaurants, underground and bus stops are a short walk away. All in all we had a great experience atβ
βI had a wonderful stay at London Apart Hotel! The rooms were recently refurbished, and you could tell β everything felt fresh, modern, and exceptionally clean. The new dΓ©cor was stylish and comfortable, making it a great space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location couldn't have been better β itβs right in the heart of London, making it easy to visit all the iconic sights like the British Museum, Covent Garden, and the West End. Whether you're here for sightseeing or just to enjoy the city's vibrancy, this hotel is the perfect base. Highly recommended!β
βI went to get two helix piercings two weeks ago and honestly this shop is perfect. The price is really affordable for a studio of quality. Ari set me up so well, talked me through the process and was just so patient and thorough. The place was extremely well sterilized, and the piercing area was cleaned several times. The piercing is healing super well, and I love it so much. Such an amazing place with lovely staff, I 100% recommend.β

βI had an absolutely wonderful experience at Yasmin Restaurant! The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented β every dish was full of authentic taste and care. The service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family. Highly recommended β Iβll definitely be coming back soon!β
βSweet hidden gem for all you coffee fanatics out there. Had the Kenya batch brew filter which was yum also picked up a bag of Colombia Buenos Aires which is a peach fruit bomb. Do yourself a favor get it before it gone. Bru the owner roast his own beans and he does a fantastic job.β
