AWFUL. This hotel was so hard to find, tucked away into a small space. As soon as we entered the vibe was off, felt like i was in the backrooms. Everything was creeking, the bed was disgusting, to the point where i couldnt even sleep. I could even hear the owner watching friends in the kitchen!!! Overpriced and overrated. Don't even consider this hotel an option for your trip to London cause it will truly ruin your trip, as it did for us.

Terrible hotel, £25 requested for towel change in the middle of August heatwave (yet only given 1 bath towel each for 5 day stay)! Don’t be fooled by photos, our room was surface cleaned only. Dust everywhere, flaking paintwork, wrapper under bed. Worst of all - toiletries from previous occupant left in bathroom. Someone’s clothing left behind in wardrobe. Communal staircase was filthy with dust, and carpet dangerously frayed. Sink in bathroom too tiny to use, suitable only for small cloakroom. Ill-fitting bedding. I really could list so much more, these are only the main points. Positives - allowed access to room early, and location is great.

Room don`t look like on the picture, super tiny rooms. Very noisy area. We are used to noise but this was unbearable. The staff was super unfriendly, especially Sara. i cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very well located, lovely tiny tiny tiny room ,comfy bed , price OK ,shared bathroom ( 2 bathrooms for 4 rooms so more than ok) kitchen with all appliances ( but no forks) However so many things went wrong ! Starting with getting the keys as it is not a hotel at all nor a B&B (just a bed), I had to go to the newsagent next road ( which no one told me in the many emails exchanged). Then the noise, not so much from the street but from inside. It felt like I was sharing a room with the client next door.the room was between the kitchen and the street no need to draw you a picture) The worst noise came from the cleaning ladies a 7h45 shouting , screaming at each other in Russian or Polish in the corridors and at 8h30 banging the hoover against every wall and door. No respect whatsoever for the customer and no respect for cleaning either as the bathroom floor was gross ( and one bathroom out of order)DO NOT expect to rest in this place. Thing about ear plugs and sleep mask. It is perfect as a storage for your luggage, it was OK for 2 nights. The photos must from a different place or another building as there is no shared living room nor terrace where I'm staying, the rooms are about 4m2.

The beds were not comfortable at all. The apartment was 4th or 5th floor with no lift, I as not aware of this by any means upon booking, and was traveling with a 67+ year old mother who had undergone knee surgery in the past year. The would not cancel the remainder of the reservation and would not move us to a lower floor (I booked less than 2 days before arrival) The renovated the apartment very cheap - our shower faucet broke during our stay - it took hours to contact them and took them hours to send over someone to repair. The showers already have mold growing around the tiles. They are horrible at responding in time- every time I tried to contact them response time was over a day. And it says it includes breakfast but when I went down to see there was only a bag of dripping sausages in the refrigerator- never had breakfast... I would never stay there again and would warn friends going to London not to stay there. Other than location- they have nothing to offer. It is also above a motorbike shop, so there is constantly the smell of gasoline everywhere. In general, beware and do yourself a favor stay somewhere else.

Awful, for the price I paid I feel I was ripped off. The double room was tiny and had a Murphy bed which could only be accessed from one side. The windows are not properly insulated, wind and noise come into the room at all times. Forget about resting at night, we had to sleep with earphones listening to music because not even earplugs were enough to block all the noise coming from the street. Also, it's impossible to close the blinds completely, so in the morning we would wake up at 6am with all the light coming into the room. I'm only giving them 2 stars because it's centrally located. Avoid this place, it's a tourist trap.
