OK contactless check in, lockers in the rooms, bring your own lock, also fridge freezer in room There are long staying visitors in the rooms so bags and clothes were packed in and around it was in a 10 bed, 5 bunk beds was ok The lounge is nice 4 leather couches and chairs and tables also theres a partition room that has tables to enjoy food WiFi very strong works everywhere Showers and toilets a little less adequate but I had no issue after 8am... There is no reception on site or on site manager etc but they are a telephone call away as long as you have credit to call I think they have a what's app line but not sure I saved the night shift managers number but didn't appear on what's app. Stayed 29th December 2025 to 5th January 2026 This review 2nd January still here Would I extend my stay another week ? still considering . Negatives You have a key for the front door it's in the small postboxes you open with a 4 digit code you get when you book so make sure you have it from the booking agent although you can call when you arrive and they will help as I did there a phone number next to the boxes Don't lose the key it's £25 to replace. There are no other keys given the rooms you sleep in are NOT locked be aware of this and lock all your valuables food etc in your locker or food in the room fridge. Also no ID/Passport required to book and stay here. That's my take on it.

DO NOT STAY HERE! TOTALLY NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE!! The related hostel is located at 39 Chatsworth Road, Brent, London, NW2 4BL, United Kingdom called 25/7 London Hostel on booking.com and the one I review here: There are persons who make a certain knock out the door and are let in who have no key or reservation. There are certain persons who crawl over the fence and enter the hostel through the kitchen window. Dirty, Absolutely Filthy Upon arrival after ordinary check in time my assigned had dirty sheets. I had to wait an hour for someone to put clean sheets on my bed. The day before my checkout I came back to find the hostel had taken ALL of my belongings, every single thing I have was stolen by this hostel, and they removed my bed sheets and pillow, despite having sent a message acknowledging my checkout is tomorrow. I have one more day before checkout and this is what I came back to find, and the night manager is refusing to assist me in finding my belongings. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone who runs this hostel. One sends messages about disruptive behavior, stolen belongings, persons sleeping in unassigned racks, nobody answers. When I did get some of my things back they were placed all over the hostel and numerous things that belong to me are missing: pants, socks, bra, panties, toothpaste toothbrushes, prescription boxes, an expensive jacket, a £20 towel, shirts, all missing. The hostel is filthy. The toilet is a messy smelly disaster. The rubbish bins have food and wrappers that attract vermin. This hostel does not deserve even a smidgen of the rating it has on booking. That rating has to be something the hostel paid for with booking.com. The ratings regarding everything booking lists are absolutely ridiculously inaccurate. Accessibility It is also totally not an accessible hostel. There are multiple steep stairs to get to the front door. I needed a more accessible floor and instead was housed on a higher floor. The hostel tried to require I store my walker in a place other than near me in my dorm so I could use it as needed. I refused them to take my walker from me. Laundry The washer is £5 and did work. HOWEVER the dryer does NOT dry at all. It runs cold air. I tried three settings and spent £4 for a non-functional dryer and was left with wet clothes. There was no way to know the dryer did not work as it was not properly labeled as broken. Sanctuary Hostel This hostel located at 39 Chatsworth Road, Brent, London, NW2 4BL, United Kingdom called 25/7 London Hostel on booking.com is highly likely a sanctuary hostel. At first arrival it is confusing how to get in as there is no front desk like usual with most hostel, and as such nobody checks your ID to check in. Not once did anyone require my ID as the law requires. It is run something like an AirBnB system where keys are stowed in a real estate agent’s lock box. In addition because there is zero supervision on site y anyone running the place, literally there is nobody there nor do they answer texts, emails or phone calls, regarding anything especially disruptive persons who as a result face no consequences like the man in my dorm who blasted a personal heater (not the hostel wall heater) and made it so hot it is miserable, made massive amounts of noise at night, shined his phone light in my face, thought it funny to turn on the overhead light when all others were sleeping, and made all sorts of racket with food packages while others were sleeping, ate in the room and in bed, noisy crunchy food that is annoying to others trying to sleep, made a giant mess at the toilet, clogged the toilet…it was easy to know who it was because he was gone for two nights and all issues mentioned here vanished, no clogged toilet nor messes nor misery with a heater.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Review: Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed here from June 12–20, but on the night of June 15, I returned to find a stranger in my assigned bed. He had removed my name tag, responded aggressively, and told me to leave. I tried contacting staff and caretakers — no one responded. I had nowhere to sleep and was forced to book another hostel despite already paying for my stay. This is a serious failure in management and guest safety. The hostel left me stranded at night with no support. No response, no apology, and no accountability. If you care about basic respect, organization, and feeling safe while you sleep — do not stay here.

Absolute steal for the price. We were quite worried from the reviews. Our keys were waiting for us in a lock box when we arrived. Our private room was large, comfortable and even had a fridge. Clean bathrooms, hot water. Kitchen was always clean and had heaps of space. Large area for eating/chilling. Good wifi. Lots of shops, restaurants, underground and bus stops are a short walk away. All in all we had a great experience at

Great hostel. I'm not sure why it has such bad reviews, maybe we just lucked out. The communication was clear and we were even able to check in by 2pm. It's a short walk to the underground and local shops. We stayed in the private room and were expecting the worst from the reviews. Room was clean and we had our own fridge and the shared bathroom was in great nick as well as the kitchen. Only down sides were that there were hardly any crockery to use in the kitchen and some of the long term stayers seem to think the cleaner is their personal maid but that's not the fault of the hostel. The doors are also thin and slam easily (they're fire doors) so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Overall for the price of the place I'd highly recommend.

Worst place I have ever been in. The accommodation is dirty, they divided the house in 11 flats (and the sound isolation is terrible) and the common hall is always dirty. The place was terribly furnished (not even a glass to drink), and they lied about how well the flat was furnished in the picture as it missed a lamp, missed chairs, missed a bedtable, etc... The only chair in the flat was a trashy folding chair they probably got in the street ! And this isn't even the worst about it ! The staff is shady and will absolutely try to steal you. They invent fees everywhere (5% charge to pay by bank transfer, but also a 20£ fee when paying by cash, how are we supposed to pay then ?!), 115£ for the checkout ? 5% additional fee if the money is not cleared on their account in the morning of the specific due day... 40 people have to call at the same time between 8:30 and 9:30 on a chosen day to confirm their booking details when they want to leave the flat (which incurs fees of course), and if you can't reach them ? FEES ! You want a lightbulb changed ? 15£ for the service + 5£ for the bulb ! If you pay weekly instead of monthly ? charged ! They invent some bs fees : "Mid-term fees"; "non confirmation of details of deposit return" ???, "smell smoke : 250£" : how the hell do you prove it doesn't ? That's totally subjective ! "additional weekend checkout fee : 20£", "administration charges" everywhere even for things that require no administration at all ! If you call the emergency number for a matter that "they deem not urgent enough" : 50£ ! When they return the deposit, if they do that by bank transfer : 50£ fee "at the sole discretion of the landlord" ! 75£ "paperwork facilitation fee" if you wish to terminate you vacancy earlier ! If you want to terminate your vacancy earlier, you have to : -give a 4-week notice, - pay 75£, -find a new tenant that will stay an "acceptable term to the landlord (6-9 months)" -pay until your next monthly rent -pay an additional week's rent -pay a "facilitation fee" -pay the other BS fees they want to charge you : "midterm fee, contract fee" and so on -pay the "Pre checkout inspection" of 115£ They will find every excuse to steal you, they will not return your deposit in full and you will struggle to get your money back. They never answered emails, never wanted to answer us when we managed to talked to them on the property (kept wanting to leave without answering, being very vague about the checkout and the deposit so as to have an excuse to steal you later on). This place is a joke, avoid it like the plague !

If you value your life and sanity please don’t rent there. I stayed there for 6 months, my deliveries were stolen. Dirty toilet and their staff decided on when they want to reply you. Different ways of extorting people for their money especially when they know that you don’t know your rights or maybe you just don’t want issues. The sad part is that they are still running and no one actually has tried anything against them. The landlord is the worse, I repeat please do not rent there. Stay away please stay away. I took me time getting my place because I couldn’t afford it and it’s one my regrets in life. The whole experience is wrong there, I can’t begin to explain it but please don’t rush in there like me because of the price, you will regret it deeply.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We lived there for about two years, at first it seemed alright until we realised that there are so many hidden charges and that you are never paying the amount that was agreed. For example, they ask for a bank transfer fee of 5% of the total and asked for £100 for references which is absolutely illegal. Also, we signed a very dodgy contact which we are asked to return at the end of our tenancy even though we signed two copies. Furthermore, the place was full of dump which you can’t get rid of because the flat was made from very thin and cheap materials. We asked three times to clean the humid areas, but they only brushed it with a cloth and left. Internet is poor. Etc. Only good thing there was Sarah who was the previous manager there. She helped a lot, but when she realised how this company is operating she left. I only recommend this if you want suffer in dump.

Horrible landlords and pathetic customer service. I lived in one of their studios for a year and I contacted them in March for a contract extension beyond September. They told me that it was still early, and they wouldn’t advertise the studio flat until four weeks prior to the end of my contract, and that in any case I would be given priority over any other bookings. When I asked again two months in advance, they said I could extend my contract at first, but then didn’t reply anymore, so I called and this time they informed me that my flat had already been booked by someone else. After multiple phone calls and emails they confirmed they were not going to do anything to help, so I had to find a new flat with very little notice. They also failed to offer any alternatives upon request. Of course, they did not return the entire amount of the deposit because of some made-up bank transfer fee and other excuses that didn’t make sense. At least I got some of it after having to insist every other day. Their tactic is to tell you the money will arrive in two days every time you ask until you give up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemies.

I rented a studio flat for 6 months with them. They prefer you to pay in cash and this is unbelievable. If you want to pay by bank transfer (easy and fast ) you must pay more . Also when I moved out I asked for references to rent my current home and I payed 100£ To have it ( by Law they can’t , but they wrote in the contract ) .I waited for more than 2 weeks as agreed to have my deposit back and they kept money from it never explain to me for what . Trying to charge you for everything. Terrible experience. Do not rent with them . Hope my experience could be helpful for you guys
