Overall it’s not terrible but I wish my £700 for 1 week stay went to airbnb or something else more worth while. Pros: got family room with 2 twins at this price. Across the road from lewisham shopping centre. Friendly staff Cons: Apparently no housekeeping? They’ll top coffee & tea if you leave a sign outside the door before 11a, but they don’t empty the trash, change sheets or anything unless asked. We noticed some stains on our pillows and the housekeeper said it’s cleaned every 7 days… soooo does this mean we are sleeping on used pillows from the previous guests because it hasn’t been on their 7 day schedule yet? Also the room is basically for 2 adults & 2 others (maybe teens? 2 other adults could fit tho) but theres 1 tiny closet, 2 nails in the wall next to the front door that im assuming is supposed to be a coat hanger & we were given only 2 towels. The space amenities dont match the room imo. And the telephone service in here sucks! 30 mins of free, basic wifi & you cant even use your data. After paying for wifi, it wasn’t even that great—scam! As all places should have unlimited basic wifi included. The pros of hotels (imo) are housekeeping & service which they are not apparently on top of. As you can see the cons outweigh the pros significantly. Pay more for a diff hotel or get an airbnb. It’d be much more worth it.

Stayed one night last night at Travelodge I stayed there before and it’s always been fine but last night when I got to the room there was no tea or milk in the room that was sorted out fine I went to reception and got more. than this morning I jumped in the shower I’m when I go out there was no towels. I should’ve checked before hand but didn’t cross my mind. I had to take the duvet cover off the bed to use as a towel .when I left and walked through the hallways There was all discarded cigarette ends on the floor. I informed the people behind the desk That I was not happy that there was no towels and I just got a blank look from them and then just asked what number room I was in !!!

Victoria and Fiona at the reception were really helpful. Good sized room. Well sound proofed from main road with double glazing. Hotel is well located for work and parks. Bar was open all night with engaging staff. Great Jamaican takeaway a few stores down, and quality 24 hour Turkish supermarket next door. About 10 minute walk from Lewisham station.

5 Stars so very well deserved. It was so easy to change the dates due to illness. Thank you. Inez Elaine is a credit to your company, so very helpful. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Lovely staff, as per usual. Decent beds too. Rooms a little tired and next to a train track although not much noise over night. An aroma of "jazz cigarettes" but I think (hope) that was from the street outside rather than rooms. Plenty of food places close by too. Was a solo, work trip for me and was OK. Car park round the back thats not too expensive either

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I booked a hotel room for two nights at this hotel but when I turned up I was told the rooms had been overbooked and I would have to stay somewhere else. They said this happens a lot and this week they had had one night with 21 rooms overbooked. This led to a long wait and a very inconvenient location for my stay. This place maybe cheaper but they purposefully overbook rooms, so there is no point booking here. Book ANYWHERE else you can find, as booking here is the same as making no hotel booking.

I had just finished a 12 hour shift at the hospital and Kelly at reception made my check in very smooth and she was so caring . Customer service from staff is a 10/10. Rooms are spotless and bed is very comfortable. Easy to locate too with lots of shops in the area.

In short, we were there for a funeral the next day. We needed to store some items in a fridge but sadly the room didn't have this. I asked for a bowl of ice from Harmony on reception who was more than accomodating and provided this which did the job. More was offered if needed. The room was small but comfortable, clean and served its purpose for my wife and daughter.

My partner booked this room for me using my own bank card whilst I was travelling. The payment was already taken, however upon arrival they wanted the card because it was not a UK bank. I explained that card was at home, showed proof of payment and also a photo of the card and my ID, passport etc all with my name on. They wouldn't accept it and made me pay again, making me late for my friend's wedding. The management and another agent from their head office or customer service who they put on the phone to me were incredibly rude, cold and unsympathetic. It was embarrassing and the worst situation I ever had in a hotel. The money was already with them and all proof of my identity was provided. On top of that, we contacted customer service to refund the original payment and until now have not received a penny, it is now 2 months since my stay. I would never stay with them ever again. Greedy and heartless company.
