My experience at Hotel Dreamtel London was quite disappointing. The rooms are tiny, with barely any space to move around or open a suitcase without performing acrobatics. The cleanliness is terrible; there is a clear lack of care and maintenance, which makes the stay unpleasant from the very first moment. The shower deserves a special mention: it is practically useless. Only a tiny trickle of water comes out, and on top of that, it is almost impossible to properly control the water temperature, jumping from freezing cold to boiling hot with no middle ground. Taking a shower becomes an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. To make things worse, if you are staying on the top floor, the elevator only takes you to the floor below. From there, you have to open three different little doors to reach your room, like a small maze. And this is supposed to be a state-of-the-art elevator… (irony): it takes around 5 minutes to go up just 3 floors, which is incredibly frustrating. Honestly, this hotel might be acceptable for someone from the third world, but considering the location, which is the only good thing about the hotel, you would expect much more comfort. Instead, the hotel is quite uncomfortable and dirty, and not at all up to the standard it should be for its price and location. I would not recommend it unless location is the only thing that matters to you and you are willing to sacrifice comfort, cleanliness, and patience.

    1. Room is too small and cramped, and there isn’t enough floor space to fully open my suitcase. Too tight for two people with luggage, we were having difficulty moving around the room. 2 Breakfast session was fine and satisfactory. 3. The bathroom area a bit tight, limited space for shower area. 4. Appreciate the warm hospitality from the staffs there. 5. Hotel is conveniently located near to the station and eatery area.

Hotel Location - perfect, walking distance to the Station (acton town). Sainsbury, tesco, m&s all close by. Many other cafes and other joints. Service - Basic Rooms - too small, in the picture they look big, however they have taken the optical zoom lense, which is not fair. Most the guets won’t check the room size. World slowest lift and scary too. The lift goes till 3rd floor, I was on the 4th floor. I had to take 3 large and a small bag, but there was help.

It has potential to be a simple but decent and cosy hotel, but it's currently not meeting acceptable standard. Great location, polite and very helpful staff, but sheets had blood stains (confirmed by the reception person) and the window (view in the photo) of my ground floor room could not lock, so it was unsafe. Sheets got replaced after asking, except the pillow which they left with stains and the window was repaired the next day. Generally poor cleaning standards. The heater would also not turn off completely so the tiny single room was very hot. Sounds insulation is minimal, I could hear the trains and the neighbor watching loud tv throughout night.

No issues with the room - was perfectly adequate, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was kind and helpful when I needed to fix a mistake I made on my booking.

Staff was polite and helpful. Great location, the vicinity to Earl’s Court station is ideal. The rooms are small as mentioned in all the other reviews, but clean and the bathroom renovated. It’s perfect for short stays, 2-3 nights. Definitely good price. They have the luggage storage option included. So if you plan a city break, where you actually visit the city and only need a place to sleep this is it.

Rooms are too small and the hall way is too small. Other than that it's OK.. they have good service and the staffs are friendly. The hotel is cheap compared to any other in London. And the train station is so close.

The room is very dusty. All the bed stuffs are full of dust. The shower area is very small and dirty. The bathroom smells very bad. The towels, some days it's clean, some days it's dirty. The housekeeper only changes the towels and clears the bin for you, they don't change your bed stuffs or clean your bathroom or bedroom. So, if your room is dusty or your bathroom smell bad, it's gonna be like that throughout your stay. The room I stayed is very small, and the layout made it even smaller. It is the weirdest room layout I've ever seen. The bed for one person is quite small, and the pillows are flat and hard. In conclusion, if you can find other place with the same or cheaper price, go to somewhere else. If not, this hotel is passable. But it might not okay if you plan for a long stay. I would recommend to stay at a better place, at least it might make you enjoy your vacation more. **Important** I really had a problem with the dust while staying at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who is allergic to dust.

In this hotel the customer service is bad. There is no toilet brush in the bathroom. The window is broken and the bathroom is not clean enough. The breakfast is plentiful and the area is close to the subway.
