   Great location, staff tired and overworked (or just didnt care) in a run down hotel that is desperately in need of an upgrade. I stay in Travelodge hotels all over the country, I know what to expect. This was by far the worst experience I have had for years. Arrived at 6pm and room wasn't ready. Room not very clean. Staff not interested. Giving 2 stars as at least the linen had been changed. Bin not emptied. Not the only one to complain in person on the day, there was a queue of people complaining. Best to avoid.

   Would give this place 0 stars if i could. Had a chance to stay there while there was maintenance work at my house, experienced a terrible time there. First off, the location is the worst for a hotel. Trying to sleep at night is impossible since there is constant honking and drunk people right outside the window where there’s no noise cancellation. Second of all, service was horrible. When I checked in, the receptionist called Judy said to me that my older teen wasnt allowed to have a key to the room and I wasnt permitted to change to a better room because “management said no”. There is no drinking water or warm water for the shower, the room is incredibly small even for two people. The curtains reeked and there were unknown stains on the carpet. Walking past other rooms, its not soundproof at all and you can clearly hear what others are talking about - there is no privacy. Opening the door was like a chore in its own, very heavy and very loud disturbing almost everyone on the floor. The lift was rattling its way up and seemed very old and worn out as if its not safe to use. These things could be fixed but the attitude of the members of staff seem like they dont bother.

   Really handy for Marylebone station and underground too. Lovely area and so near to heart of London. Very well priced for London & good rooms ( you’d get less elsewhere at much higher price ). Marylebone is world famous and the station has a bit of impact. The Beatles filmed A Hard Days Night there!!

   Location is excellent rooms were clean and a great size. Bathroom a little tied and a little worn but reception staff were friendly and helpful. Good value , shame the reception area doesn't have a bar tea, coffee station are maybe toilets but maybe due to size. Will stay again if in the area again.

   Dirty. The bathroom is v v v small but it's not that much of an issue if the place was clean and the spare pillows had black and hair on them. The wall had gross white sticky stuff all over them it could have been cleaned as it was wooden. Location is good but woken up constantly by glass shattering bottles into a bin. The plus is its right next to the train station . Unsure about the service because there wasn't really any. I would avoid and stay somewhere else .

   This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The place is falling apart. The room was dirty and there were wet stains on the bed sheets. The carpet is heavily stained. Don’t get me started on the bathroom. There is mold everywhere and shower fan does not work. The shower curtain was dirty and the entire bathroom stank. Please do not book this hotel. I paid about £280 for 2 nights and I regret it. Spend the extra money and book somewhere decent. I will never ever use Travel Lodge again. Disgusting place and the management ought to be ashamed of themselves. Book there at your own peril.

   Very clean room, we booked a 'super room ' but it was a bit small. Was very quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were told we should have a coffee machine but it wasn't there despite asking on at least 3 occasions.

   The rooms vary. I had the superior room which was bigger and spacious. The carpets and decoration need updating. The location is perfect for central London, Marylebone train station is a 2 minute walk away. The customer service was great from Olga. Nearest car park is Bell St (£27 for up to overnight).

   It was easy to check in and we were greeted by friendly staff at this Travelodge, however it was down hill from there. The room from initial viewing looked ok and what you would expect for a £70 per night hotel. - The room had no air conditioning, although we were provided with a fan it was extremely weak and we were unable to open the windows. The room was unbelievably hot. - The sheets on the bed were clean, but I think that’s the only area that gets cleaned frequently. The room was grubby with the desk being sticky and the chair had brown stuff all over it, which I only hope was chocolate. - The bathroom was better as it had a good pressured shower with good temperature. The only problem is that the floor was grubby along with the bedroom carpet. - The bed was a normal size but the mattress was extremely poor quality or old. You could feel the springs through the sheets making it uncomfortable to sleep. Overall this was not a great experience, although this is a budget hotel I think there should be a minimum standard all hotels should meet. This hotel does not meet them.
