   I had a fantastic stay at Adagio London Sutton. The moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive — nothing felt too much trouble. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set a great tone for the rest of my visit. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely well-equipped. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and thoughtful touches that made the space feel like home. The kitchenette was a great bonus and added so much convenience to my stay. Location-wise, the property is perfect — close to transport links, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Despite being central, the hotel itself feels peaceful and secure. Overall, everything from the cleanliness to the service exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Adagio London Sutton to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value.

   Dining here was an absolute pleasure. The menu variety was impressive, and the food quality was impeccable. Beyond the meal itself, the calm and beautiful surroundings contributed significantly to the experience. A special thanks must go to, Asif. He was incredibly helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect, special dish. His demeanor was truly exceptional—my goodness, what a humble and kind individual! Honestly, if I return to this restaurant, it will be largely due to the wonderful service and excellent behavior provided by Asif.

   I stayed two nights at Adagio London Sutton Point and it was easily the best hotel experience I have had staying in London / Greater London. The apartment style hotel was refreshingly modern (new build), in the heart of Sutton and within minutes of the Sutton railway station and access to buses at the entrance. The 24-hour reception was always staffed by friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was a studio, and very spacious, ultra-clean and included a fully equipped kitchen and a combo washer / dryer (the dryer cycle did not work but this was not a major issue for me). The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a handy heated towel rack and a wonderful rain shower. Overall, this was certainly a 4.5 star stay, and will be my aparthotel for future stays.

   We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The hotel staff, especially Clarence and Chloe, were extremely friendly and helpful — they went above and beyond to assist us with our issue, and we truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of four. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and fresh options each morning. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

   I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.

   We were evacuated from our home due to a gas explosion on our road. The moment we entered the hotel, until the day we left the staff were phenomenal. Alicia , Danica & Alex not forgetting the incredible manager Jonathan! I didn’t get the names of the other staff, but they were also delightful and again genuine. Other hotels I’ve stayed in have had staff who are stiff and fake and unhelpful. Even the kitchen lady who appears to be serious was actually very nice! We were uncertain when we were allowed home and had to continue to extend our stay. This was not a problem for them and gave us great rates. The breakfast is fantastic and filled delicious food. We will definitely return just because of this. Thanks very much guys you truly are the best.!! Dee & Zhanè xxxxx

   We arrived at Adagio Hotel a week ago and overall the interior design and look of the place look fantastic. The furniture is modern and chic which made us think the hotel put a lot of effort into making everything look good. However, I wouldn't say this hotel is a full 5 out of 5 for some reasons I'll explain now. Pros: * The free breakfast is superb. They have an automatic coffee machine, all sorts of cereal, an English breakfast, and fruits & vegetables. Their hospitality is on point. * The location is close to the Sutton train station. Cons: * We booked a stay for 8 days, but when we asked how often the rooms are cleaned, they said the rooms are cleaned every 8 days. To me, this doesn't make sense at all because tourists who come to visit a country are out and about exploring; therefore, when they come back, they're dirty and tired and would need a clean room to recuperate and re-energize. I don't mind if they clean every 2-3 days, but every 8 days is absolutely ridiculous. * When checking in to the hotel for the first time, the reception was unprofessional and came out as rude. Upon entering the building with luggage, the reception staff member told us to wait. However, we saw the reception was casually chatting and laughing with someone at the front desk which was frustrating.

   Clean and good sized rooms. Cafe was good for a breakfast. Parking was easy and reasonable, and felt safe. Rooms have green safety lights in the ceiling that are too bright, management is aware of this and are sorting it. If you need a large room with kitchen then this is a good place. Had an oven, cooker hop, washing machine, fridge, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. All looked brand new.

   Excellent hotel apartment. We stayed in their one bedroom apartment. Well equipped kitchen & beautifully furnished. The staff are super friendly & we totally enjoyed our stay there. Value for money, short walk to Sutton station (30 min to central London) & high street. Their breakfast is delicious as well!! Overall, it is way better than any other hotels in and around the area.
