“Fantastic... Simply fantastic service. Spoke to Gareth regarding buying my daughter her first pet and although they no longer sold hamsters he was a wealth of knowledge. Directed me to a reputable store and was polite and spent more time answering my questions then he had to. Will be buying all our supplies from him in the future and the delivery option is a great bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful too. I do not have a second though recommending them.”

“We had to make an emergency appointment after one of our dogs trod on a hornet. It was immediately clear he had a nasty reaction. We were so thankful that we were fitted in to see Sam. She was so good with our nervous rescue dog. He was clearly distressed and in pain, but Sam's gentle and patient approach allowed her to examine him comprehensively. She gave clear guidance about the treatment plan, and we were clear about what to keep under observation over the next few days. Our dog recovered, during the timescale Sam predicted.”

“Great lady was very helpful people need to stop stop complaining about birds being kept in cages it's not they're not depressed they're fine they're well looked after I see the way she looks after them I so good and I got my Orange Amazon parrot from there from a friend and I've never been happier it was well looked after when it was bought from the shop and now I have that parrot and he's doing absolutely amazing so stop complaining about this lady because she's a lovely lady and I know her from a friend and she was the most helpful lady in any other patch shop I've been to”

“We are regular guests at the Sutton Holiday Inn and have always received a warm welcome from reception and the restaurant staff. The breakfast choice is adequate but good and the restaurant choice is varied. There is also plenty of parking which is free for guests.”

“We have taken all of our three Wolfhounds to Beth who all absolutely loved her. She has (and is with our latest - No 3 Dexter) so caring and professional. Even her greeting to us humans is always with a smile. Considering we have had large dogs, this has never been an issue with Beth, on the contrary, she is so relaxed and confident with them. They have all come out looking and smelling lovely. We would recommend Beth 100% - even after moving out of the area, we are more than happy to travel 45 minutes for her expert service. “Joe and his team are absolutely wonderful with my dog. They demonstrate a real love and understanding of all dogs. You can see it in the way that the canine customers mingle happily together either waiting their turn or waiting to be collected. Until recently, when we sadly lost one of our westies, both went to Happy Hounds on a regular basis. I always know that my dog will come home looking beautiful and not at all stressed by the experience. Early opening hours are also such a bonus. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.”

“I took my 6 month old baby shitzu to Barneys dog groomers. Debbie was fantastic with her she discussed what shape and how short I wanted her. She has been to Debbie twice now. Both times she looked fab! Debbie was lovely and caring and Molly was very settled with her. She clipped nails done her ear hair and she just looked so beautiful when I picked her up. Really lovely here one to one with the dog. Molly was very settled and happy and that reassured me leaving her there. Debbie really loves the dogs and you can see this when you meet her. Highly recommend.”
