Very professional and kind. Gave a lot of reassurance and advice! Had to bring my cat in for emergency around 1am. Unfortunately she had swallowed a chicken bone. Was given the opportunity for her to stay the night before I was able to transport her to another Vet to do an endoscopy for a better price. The night crew went above and beyond for the best possible options. Happy to say out cat, Papaya, is doing so much better now due to their help!

Our Roxy was hospitalized for over a day in the emergency clinic. We were regularly updated about her progress and are happy to say that she stabilized greatly. Thank you for all your dedication and care- this makes a huge difference! :)

When we arrived at 10.30 pm, we got taken straight in, and the vet listen to what had happened to fizz, her eyes were twitching she was wobbling around in circles and tilted head ( I thought she’d had a stroke or seizure) she checked fizzs eyes and new straight away what it was ( vestibular) which I had never heard of, and new exactly about it and what to do to help her, she was on iv over night antibodies and fluids, and anti sickness, it was expensive but well worth it they texted me for up date which was good as I couldn’t sleep, and phoned me in the morning, I transferred her to my vet, and we took her home, she still was much the same, and my vet took her back in yesterday she was given more iv fluids and anti sickness, and yesterday we had a wagging tail and now eating, she’s still wobbling but getting there, keen to go for walks, so where just pottering on lead so she doesn’t fall over, she does try to throw herself at the sofa, so we have set her a little den up in the floor as we dont want any broken bones. Thank you so much you were so kind and gentle, in what was a very stressful night, and shes getting stronger each day xx

Absolutely brilliant. Drove in a panic to see the emergency vet as suspected the dog had eaten something that was causing problems. By time we arrived the dog was much calmer and happier so wasn’t sure what to do. The nurse came out and checked him over then let us decide if we wanted to see the vet or not. We decided not to and the nurse reassured us saying they were there all night if needed. It was absolutely free of charge. Excellent service and very kind nurse. Dog is fine :)

Took my 15 year old cat here as we thought she had ingested her flea treatment however it turned out she had an inflamed tooth that needing removing. They took it out there and then. The price was less than we were quoted at our regular vets so very happy with that. The staff from the admin, to the nurses to the vet were very helpful and it seemed like they cared about her well-being. We thought we would be waiting a while but she was seen very quickly and there was no delay with her procedure. Very happy with the service and the price and would revisit should we need an out of hours appointment again.

I lost my cat on Christmas Day….this vets were very sympathetic and reassuring. The man at reception was lovely and welcoming. They gave us some clippings of our cats fur in a small glass vial and even sent a lovely card and some seeds for me and my son to plant to remember our pet. It’s never nice to have to go to an emergency vets but they provided amazing service. Thank you!

The vet we saw was calm, caring and reassuring. He was thorough and didn't just blame the problems on our elderly cat's age. The reception and nurse staff were kind and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but for the cost. The out of hours consultation fee was around 4x more than a daytime vet visit and tests and meds were costly. We are lucky that despite her age our cat is still insured. I feel for those who can't afford insurance or where it is not an option. We saw evidence in the waiting room. Out of hours veterinary care is of course not a charity but I felt that it was very expensive. But the quality of service we experienced was excellent.

My small dog Mason got off his lead and was hit by a car that never stopped ..(sadly he died) overwhelmed in grief when we arrive at the practice at 9pm at night, girl press the buzzer a girl replied ill be their shortly, opened the door, and I have Never met someone so cold NO COMPASSION, the girl never even greeted us, she literally opened the door ask who we were and opened another door ask to put Mason on the table, then ask what type of cremation we wanted, by this time I couldn't even breath, Stone cold face , not even a tiny compassion, after stating the two types of cremation one £89 if you just wish to throw him in with other dogs or £227. If you wanted his ashes, I replied of course we did love his ashes its what wr disgusted with the call centre booking the appointment. so what do you prefer, she adds! ..good heavens ...disgusted..she then told my son ok let me go to get the pdq machine..at this point I was just in horror, my hody went cold, she saw me in tears not even ask would you like a tissue, it will be ok, nothing , I just wanted to walk out with my Mason but couldn't, because of HM'S funeral everything seemed closed, she broke my heart just left him on the table, and I ask "what now" she was we will store him in a colder place and that "they" will be picking up on Tuesday its tye earlier good heavens ... I'm broken to bits never felt so low I couldn't believe how cold and unfriendly she was. That's not acceptable..I cried all night worried that I left my Mason in her care I'll NEVER say don't use the practice but don't leave your pet in her care and when I find her name ill also state, she's left me so broken I'm Disgusted, I can't believe her attitude. My friends and family all shocked ... message for her if she reads this . You've made it so much worst for me to let me Mason go. You've caused me anxiety that I need speak to my doctor now, just knowing if you can deal with us in that manner what are you capable off him in your care..I'm disgusted and so hurt. MDes

We took our girl to Vets Now Sutton late one recent night, but there was nothing they could do; she was already gone. They were so kind to us. They did not charge anything. We paid for only the cremation. They then sent this handwritten note with Forget Me Not seeds to plant in her honor. I was so touched. I would definitely recommend
