“Stayed last night after checking in at 1am the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. After a bad day and half the night at work she was very understanding of my situation a credit to the company. Room was great with a lovely Hot shower. Breakfast was also very good. Would highly recommend.”

“As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”

“Doesn't look like much from outside but I might say, took my little furbaby in about 2 or 3 weeks ago after seeing a lump on her head (thinking she might have cancer), with a quick check, draining of the abscess and antibiotics, and an insect bite, my little one is all better now. Just for the hair to grow back now. Thanks Penstone”

“Our lovely girl has had an incredible few months at Claire’s Comfy Canines. She was nervous to be left to start with, but all staff did their upmost to help her settle. Now she is bursting to get there. She has loved all that was offered. Fun, enrichment and friends. No doubts from our side, that she would be having the best day.”

“I have been registered for few years in this practice and I must say that everyone is so polite and helpful especially Richard who is the vet that I dealt with regarding my cats. He spayed my cat and in my view he’s amazing veterinary. The operation was so clinical and minimum cuts were made and not even noticed any stitches or swelling and my cat healed within days. Well performed Highly recommend this practice and a great veterinary. Very pleased and happy with their service. Thank you”

“Have become a repeat customer! Super happy with the service at Mutts n Moggies. We were recommended this cattery by our vets (Family Friends Vets) and they were not wrong about how great it is! My cat had his own pen, perfect given he is an indoor cat and used to being alone. The pen was super clean when I came to pick him up and he seemed content to stay there. Will definitely be using this cattery again! To take this beyond the 10/10 service offered, I would be really keen to see a discount for those with Family Friends Vets, or a reward system where the 8th visit or something is free. But honestly, it is a great service as is for cats :)”

Charlotte is so welcoming, friendly and professional, she is also very accommodating and works around my hectic schedule as best she can! “Rooms simple, but have everything you need. It was so clean. Roy was extremely welcoming and had everything under control. Location was perfect for me, quiet area, plenty of room to park my van. 20 minute walk into Farnham Common where pubs and restaurants are. Loved it, would stay again.”
