   What an amazing place! Full of amazing products and super friendly staff. Klaudia was fantastic! Spent ages going through everything a new cat owner would need. She really helped me understand what food to give, what type of litter to use. She was very knowledgeable about it all and put me at ease. Thank you so much Klaudia!!!    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just want to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Pets at Home on Farnham Road, Slough. Every time I visit, I am greeted with such warmth and genuine delight – it really makes me feel so welcome. The staff always remember our faces, which shows how much they truly care about their customers. Today, they went above and beyond for me, and it honestly meant so much. It’s clear that both the manager and the team put their hearts into what they do. Their kindness, caring nature, and professionalism shine through every time I go in. It is always a pleasure visiting this store, and I believe the whole team deserves recognition – they really do make a difference and deserve an award for the fantastic service they provide!

   The layout of the store is now even worse than it was before - the enclosures for the guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils and rabbits are horrific. Their design is based entirely off of the satisfaction of those going to look at the pets rather than for the pets themselves. Even the “hides” in the hamster and gerbil enclosures are a translucent dark red colour, meaning that they’re still exposed to those on the outside of the enclosure. Many parents bring their children to this store every single day to look at the animals, which means that the animals are constantly being stared at. And as their “hides” don’t provide much security, these animals are scared. The guinea pigs are jumpy when you walk past, and there are too many of them in one little enclosure! I’ve also noticed how the fish have been pushed to the back of the store and placed in small tanks AGAIN. There’s less space around the tanks and less tanks than there were in their previous store that was right next-door. The store is crammed with products for pets rather than good enclosures for the pets in-store - these products provided are also not the best for domestic pets. They still provide cages for hamsters and rabbits and guinea pigs that aren’t suitable for them. They should not be kept in small cages just because they’re small animals. I think that these animals deserve better care and in a store THAT big they should be more accommodating to the animals that they sell.

   Disgraceful customer service. Has stock on the shelf, taken my money but says my order has been lost in transit. Customer service hides behind an online chat. Took money 11days ago. Says they can't take stock off the shelves but can take money off customers without supplying the goods. Stay away if you want a reputable company to deal with

   Generally really good as staff helpful. BUT new and naive to having a puppy and grateful for any/all advice. Went to buy our pup a lead; got a retractable one which pup chewed through. Went in to buy another one and was given advice by a member of staff, my mistake was not to get her name! Pup was with us this time and she tried him on the new lead, unfortunately he chewed through this one too. When I went in again I was told that he should never have been sold a retractable lead as he's just a puppy. . I'm pretty annoyed as all they seem to want to do is take your money and sell you stuff you don't need!!
