Really good place to buy your reptiles. If you are a beginner, Levi will help you out with all the details that you need to know. She was kind enough to clarify all our doubts. They have a variety of corn snakes, ball pythons, boas,etc. If you’re planning to start petting a reptile this is the place you need to go. Highly recommend ❤️
Jungle reptiles Iver are fantastic, we run mobile petting club and needed some exotic additions to our menagerie. The staff were knowledgeable, patient and answered all of our questions (before, during and after the sale). They also put pictures of most of the animals on their website which is mega helpful, and are active and responsive on socials. Big shoutout to Levi, Katie and the other gentlemen who helped us over our two visits. We purchased the following: Northern blue tongue skink - who has been the friendliest skink I’ve come across! Really well socialised. Male ball python - again, very friendly and healthy. Bearded Dragon - great condition, and very well priced for the morph. All enclosures were clean and tidy. I was allowed to handle all the animals prior to purchase, with no pushy sales. In fact when I asked to handle them the staff didn’t even know I was definitely going to buy, which was lovely as they do take out the animals when it’s quiet! The store isn’t overly cheap or expensive, they are well priced for a business who has to make ends meet and also provide care to all the animals (including many rehomes they take in). There was a couple of issues (no fault of the staff) relating to one faulty product, and the garden centre having an issue with not being open, but the staff went above and beyond to help us sort everything out. I’m sure I’ll be back to visit soon!
Another great experience at the jungle iver, the staff are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and are always happy to help. Today we bought 2 whites tree frogs and Katie served us , her customer service is fab and she went through everything with us and explained everything thoroughly before we took our frogs home . We also purchased a Tarantula which Luke helped us with and again good customer service. If you ever intend on purchasing a reptile i 100 % recommend coming here.
A great team all willing to help, Everything required from plant growing and maintenance to baby sharks in tropical fish, don't forget baby dragons and food. A great place with good parking
We travelled from far and it was totally worth it. The attention that Levi gave to my family was incredible. We went from never touching a snake before to buying one! The store is simple, but cozy. Levi was super knowledgeable, patient and kind. What a great experience :) they have many snakes (none are venomous), spiders, lizards, geckos, millipedes, turtles and lots of kits to help you set up a vivarium. They also have frozen food for the reptiles. Will definitely go there again!
This shop is a amazing experience. From plants to animals and garden decorations you can find it there. I got myself flies for my jumping spider a carnivore plant and a bonsai. Quite proud of myself for finding this place.
Just bought the most beautiful baby gargoyle gecko here. Got really good vibes and spoke to the lovely woman who breeds them. So much passion, and care and you can really tell that all the animals here are well looked after and happy. They have some stunning reptiles and a good amount of plants/accessories especially when you consider that the shop is quite small.
