   Unprofessional and not suitable for cats. Took my Ragdoll for his first groom ever here. Horrible experience. I had to hold him the whole time he was being dried, which resulted in me being covered in hair, as well as going in my eyes, for a service I’m paying for I didn’t expect to put a shift in. Also to note the hairdryer was noisy and no earmuffs etc were used. I think it was a stressful experience for my cat too. The lady then proceeded to cut one side of my cats whiskers (by mistake however) but she was trimming his Maine so I don’t understand how the whiskers could’ve been cut, seems rather haphazard, I don’t think they should advertise cat grooming with minimum experience in cat grooming, seems as thought they are not specialised for cats. I asked for a trim of his Maine and his whole Maine was cut short as if it’s a normal cat which is not what I asked for. For cats with a Maine, you just shape it up a bit. I also ask for the paws to be shaved but she trimmed them instead. All in all a stressful experience. I had to hold my cat the whole time and put a shift in basically which I shouldn’t expect when taking to a professional place as I couldn’t do my work in the mean time. I found it unprofessional and was stunned with my experience to the point where I just paid without thinking just to exit out of there quickly. Waste of £30 which I wish I could get back. Note: they wrote fake review which it is not

   Have taken my dog to Marie twice now for grooming and each time has been great! She is the type of person you are really happy to leave your dog with knowing they are going to be well looked after by someone who really cares. The cuts have been really great as well. Both Marie and the other gentleman who is always in the shop when I go are really nice, down to earth people. Only the most positive things to say!

   Took my shih tzu in for a full groom and they were really nice, they took time to listen to what kind of cut and the special needs of my dog. Really happy with the professionalism and the cut, would definitely book again.

   Absolutely terrible experience, poorly maintained and dirty grooming space. Refused my deposit back when I politely declined to have my new puppy have his first groom on a filthy towel full of hair from previous dogs. Would definitely steer clear. Update: Please do not respond including irrelvant and uncouth comments. I would absolutely never body shame or use foul language to anybody so including a sentence like this in your response is clearly for the sole purpose of trying to justify your unhygienic grooming area in a bid to keep my money. I have opened a case with my bank so that will be resolved but please do not try to move the goal post in your response, you’re a business, I’m a customer it does not make you look anything short of (even more) unprofessional.
