Stopped overnight before early morning pick up at Gatwick, which is a half hour drive away. Easy to access from the M25, plenty of (free if you are a guest) parking. Chap on reception was very nice. Room more than adequate. Clean, bed was comfortable. Despite being a very busy service station the room was quiet. Paid £44 which was good value for money considering the location. First Ramada l have stayed at but l will certainly use them again.

Very comfortable rooms, great location right on top of the M25, many food outlets to choose from if you don't wish to eat in the hotel. Lovely staff on reception, let me chose my own room location i.e., what floor, how close to reception etc and ended up with a repeat customer recommendation for a particular room which was fab, quiet, near end of corridor room with a view which seemed a little bigger than the other rooms due to the bed positioning (room 142), altogether a lovely night's stay.

Hotel at services. Rooms are okay sized and so are the bathrooms but the shower itself is on the smaller side compared to what I'm used to when staying at hotels. Parking is provided free of charge until checkout, and then an additional 3 hours as per parking rules of Cobham M25 services. Rooms could be cleaned a bit more as there was dust lingering on things such as lamps and stuff that are not frequently used. Hotel receptionist staff, both during day and night, were great!

Easy check-in and spacious, clean room! Spent 2 nights here and couldn't fault it, it was a bit noisy at times but generally surprised at how quiet it was most the time considering the location. Lots of food options and a nice little bar in the lobby

I recently stayed at Ramada Cobham M25, and overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, right off the motorway, making it ideal for travelers needing a stopover. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered good value for money. The beds were comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent considering its proximity to the M25. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The on-site amenities, including the restaurant and bar, were handy for a short stay, though the food options could be a little more varied. Parking was ample and secure, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a reliable and budget-friendly choice if you’re looking for a convenient stop near the motorway.

Decent hotel. Room was quite small compact. And was a little dusty . would benefit from a makeover . I paid extra to check in and late check out £10 for 2hrs. Free Parking which is a bonus . Decent location for a stop over

Great location for an overnight stop to get to the airport. Check in very easy and staff very nice. Carpets in corridors and bedroom covered in large stains, bedroom wasn't very clean in fact we wondered whether the sheets had actually been changed from the previous occupants and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. Having said all that the bed was very comfy.

Room size was small in comparison to the number of guest beds present. Shower room tiles had black mould and needed regrouting. No hotel stay points were allocated to us just because we booked via 3rd party website. However, the location was quite and general environment was clean. Staff were polite and there is a small room with gym equipments for use.

I’ve slept in some places that I would happily like to forget, this place wasn’t one of them. Easy parking, fast check in, amazing smell walking down the halls, room clean with kettle and coffee, bed so comfortable, allowed dogs which is a bonus with doing dog shows, park for the kids, lovely walk for the dogs around the back of the building with poo bins, will definitely book this place again, all staff were lovely even at my 4am walk with the dog. Lots of food places to choose from right outside the hotel door, didn’t hear any traffic with window closed, room was lovely and cool, I’d give the place 10 stars if I could

Extremely good location for overnight stay when travelling. Lots of food outlets in the services to choose from. Room a bit basic but clean and tidy. Bed comfortable and got a good night's sleep, very quiet, with air conditioning which was very welcome. Kettle with tea and coffee etc provided. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.
