We came for the wine tasting and food experience - the Christmas vibes were lovely. Flori was spectacular! She made our experience so unique and special. Will definitely come again in the summer!

Fabulous food and drink in a wonderful location. Service very good. Was a bit disappointed with the room - it was obviously dog friendly and did indeed smell less fresh than a hotel room normally does. It also had no written instructions, there was a QR code to scan but would have preferred everything we needed to know eg check out times, how to control the room temperature in writing.

The service was wonderful! The local wine was superb including nonalcoholic Cava! I had Denbies Burger and it was fantastic! Ben and Eduardo were very attentive and kind and the whole experience was just amazing. Thank you guys, we will definitely be back!

Whilst the setting is beautiful, we had a terrible meal at the restaurant at the vineyard hotel. The service was very slow, with 55 minutes from arrival to bread being served. We asked for olive oil with the bread and they brought cooking oil. We mentioned this to staff but nothing was done. The food was clearly bought in, not prepared freshly on site. This was particularly evident with the pate and the desserts. The vegetarian options were particularly bland. How they made shimeji mushrooms taste like nothing, I'm not sure. It's such a shame given the stunning setting and restaurant. This place has the potential to be incredible but is so underwhelming that it makes me regret choosing to eat here. Save your money and eat elsewhere. Just come for a drink and to enjoy the views. Finally, it's worth pointing out that the menu on the website is nothing like the menu in the actual restaurant. The menu on the website suggests that it's a fine dining restaurant whilst the menu on arrival resembles that of a mid range pub.

We booked the Celebration Package along with early check-in, but unfortunately, the early check-in wasn’t available upon arrival—the room wasn’t ready until 4pm, despite the early check-in being advertised from 12pm. This was disappointing as we had planned our day around arriving early. The main waiting area and the hotel itself were pleasant, and the service staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. However, we observed the female manager (older than the rest of the team) speak quite unkindly and unprofessionally to staff members on several occasions in front of us. While she was polite to us, the way she addressed her team made us uncomfortable and didn’t reflect well on the overall atmosphere. The wine flight was enjoyable and the wine itself was excellent. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the same standard. The focaccia was dry, the arancini ball was not warm in the middle, and while the salmon dish was tasty, it was overly salty. The pork belly was average—nothing particularly special. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night’s rest. The breakfast the next morning was the highlight of our meals—it was hot, tasty, and served promptly. Overall, a mixed experience: some lovely aspects, particularly the wine and breakfast, but let down by service inconsistencies and food that didn’t quite deliver on expectations for a celebration package.

3* hotel masquerading as 4* hotel. Just had a bit of a budget feel to it and we expected more. Restaurant very good but bar area a bit bleak. Small things like not having a good range of toiletries in the room, no fridge in the room so the jug of milk for drinks got warm very quickly and then asking the receptionist to book us a taxi and he grumpily said "here's a phone number for you to call them yourself".

High tea at Denbies Vineyard Hotel is one of the nicest things to do in the area. We enjoyed the champagne tasting and the high tea selection was great. The only issue was that we actually needed to ask for tea!

***** This is a restaurant review ***** Maybe I am just unlucky or my expectations are too high, I'll let you decide :) On arrival the hotel front door was locked and a doorbell needs to be pressed, exclusive... maybe. Once through the door you are led through into a dining space with less atmosphere than Mars, as no-one offers to take ones coats the back of the chair is a good alternative. I presume the table we chose was set up for breakfast as it was laid with paper napkins and not replaced. Starters were ok. The main courses had a lot to be desired with the salmon verging on ok+, however the pork belly and the accompanying vegetables were saltier than the dead sea. On remarking to the waiter on the saltiness of pork belly dish the waiter advised he would inform the chef. Most complaints are normally followed up, this one was not. The restaurant appears to be run and staffed by generation Z with no management in sight Best thing..... the cheese board Will I return...... never

We came for afternoon tea and tour ,food was not to the standard you would expect as sandwiches were a little stale as had been kept in fridge the cakes were cut in uneven sizes and scones could of been heated or warmed. Room with view nice

Four of us began our visit by riding in the little carriages that are towed by a lovely land rover. There is some commentary as you move along and when you get to the highest part of the vineyard you are invited out of the carriage to be served some beautiful fizz. Maybe about twenty minutes after taking in the wonderful views we began the short journey back down to the main building . We had a little while to waste before dinner in the hotel restaurant, so we went to the stepping stones pub . On arrival at the hotel restaurant we were greeted by very friendly staff. The food was wonderful. The day was a great success and actually felt like a mini holiday.
