My Disappointing Experience with Canary Bird Purchase I recently purchased two canary birds from this store, but unfortunately, both birds died shortly after bringing them home. I had spoken to a representative over the phone, who assured me that I would receive a refund or an exchange for one bird. However, when I visited the store to follow up on this, the staff member at the till claimed that they were not aware of our previous conversation and were unable to assist with a refund or exchange. I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received, particularly given the circumstances. As a customer, I expect a certain level of support, especially when dealing with sensitive purchases like live animals. I lost the birds and my money, and i went all the way down to the shop only to be disappointed again.

We went to have a look as we are interested in getting a bird as a pet. The birds were all very clean and well looked after. A great hour or so watching the birds. Every accessory you could need for most pets.

Recently visited on the weekend and it was a little hard to find would be good if they had a sign on the other side of the road rather than just one side a not much room for parking. Friendly staff to an extent just wish they asked us for help as we would probably of bought a bird, cage etc. wide variety of birds, feed and cages so I would recommend them for this.

The location is off the beaten path, making it a bit tricky to access, especially for larger vehicles. The entrance is uneven, with a few bumps and muddy patches, so be prepared for a less-than-smooth arrival. I purchased a white-bellied caique from this store, and while the staff were generally fine, I feel they could improve in terms of approachability and professionalism. It would have been nice if they had engaged more with customers, asking questions or offering additional guidance during the visit. When I asked about the gender of the parrot, they assumed it was male because it was unapproachable to women. However, it later laid an egg, revealing it was actually female! The variety of stock is impressive, with a wide range of birds to choose from. At the time of my visit, the selection was somewhat limited due to COVID-19 restrictions, but it seems they've made great strides since then. They've now added larger parrots to their collection, which is a fantastic improvement for bird enthusiasts looking for something bigger. Pictured: My white-bellied caique, purchased in 2020. We’ve bonded greatly over the years!

It’s a great place to get some healthy birds at a reasonable price. Must visit if you are considering getting a bird.

I honestly don't even understand how this place has 4.3 stars?! The positive reviews must be paid for!! I purchased my cockatiel from these guys, they had NO interest whatsoever in selling and showing us the birds they have , infact they had just told us to go in and have a look for ourselves. I questioned them which ones were male and female and they just said majority are males ( without going up and physically showing us). After we chose our beautiful cockatiel, we asked the man if we could take him. He put on this gloves and took the cockatiel out very aggressively. Our poor cockatiel was frightened and ever since then, 8 weeks later, "he" still hasn't got the smallest amount of trust in us. This breaks my heart as we try our hardest and have a lot of patience but he just hisses back at us. I definitely believe the place he came from was not the nicest! And I hope one day he can trust us eventually. In all of this experience NO I wouldn't trust this place. Please do not buy your bird from here! Although the these birds may need help/ saved from here

Sadly our male Budgie died with in 2 months, he was older than we were told and had some respiratory issues- from the moment we took him home his tail was twitching abnormaly, looking at other reviews seems we are not the only people. Very sad my 10 year old found him face down in the bottom of his cage. The birds in the centre are in small cages and u felt sorry for them but should of known better than to buy them:(
