Super helpful that they’re open until 9:30pm. Fast, attentive service. Difficult to find a pharmacy in Surrey open beyond 6pm so very grateful to have Willow Pharmacy nearby.
I very rarely visit this pharmacy as there’s another one around the corner at Harrow Market. On one occasion, I went here to get a prescription order & when asked to pay, the person at the counter was the epitome of rudeness. Instead of explaining why there’s a charge (private dental prescription), he shouted out in typical Indian fashion “This is not a prescription. This is private prescription “. He could quite easily have said “I’m sorry, sir, but this is a private prescription so there will be a charge for it”. Simple manners, which they obviously lack or they’ve brought over from India. Another time on a Sunday, I asked to see the pharmacist to discuss my problem. The guy at the counter said there’s no pharmacist yet. The time was 0915 and they advertise they’re open from 9am. If so, they should be ready to go on the dot from 9 am. Again, another very bad case of lack of customer service. It seems the words please, thank you, sir, madam are lacking in their attitude. As they’re the only “long opening hours” chemist locally, I will have to visit them in case I need urgent supplies, but if you’re looking for that courteous, “back-in-the-day” approach & service, this place is not one to go to.
A great experience. Had someone ill for a few days with a throat infection. After things took a turn for the worse, we decided to call the pharmacy (Sunday at 8:30pm). After a very helpful phone call we visited the pharmacy at 9pm for a proper assessment followed by a recommended antibiotic prescription. All done from call to prescription within the hour. The staff were excellent and the pharmacist was especially courteous and very professional. Delighted with the service. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
Never get medicines on time. Have to ring them several times for the reminder. When I questioned regarding this poor service, Subhas points his finger at me and told me not to scream interrupting me !! He is not probably used to a woman questioning him or because of the other customers !! wwereare

Subhash and his team at Willow Pharmacy are fantastic and are alway there to help as best they can. The service is great and they have very good opening hours. Subhash has been very caring and supported my family when we have Covid19 back in 2021 by dropping medication at our doorstep without any upfront payment. Highly recommended!
Expensive Pharmacy (Will always rethink now onwards) Need to review price labels or suppliers. I went to buy Strepsils Honey & Lemon Sore Throat Relief Lozenges, cost was 4.69 for 16x, whereas boots sells it for 2.99 (24x), nearby pharmacy sold it for 3.99 (24x), Superdrug sells it for 4.79 (36x). Difference of approx 15 pence per Lozenge. This is just with one item, not sure what about other OTC items / prescriptions!!
