Stayed here just for one night as I had a conference nearby the next day. The service was fabulous. The rooms were pretty nice. However, two minutes after entering the room, the electricity in the room cut out. I went back down to reception and the lady came back up with me and tripped the switches back again. All I had done so far was turn on more than one light in the room. She asked me if I had plugged anything in but I hadn’t. This made me think it had happened before. It also happened again at some point in the night as when I woke up all the electrify was out. I called reception from my mobile as there are no phones in the room and a lady came up and tripped the switches again. This seemed to be a problem they were aware of. Super inconvenient when you’re trying to get ready. The breakfast is okay, but not amazing. The scrambled eggs are really dry so avoid them but the range of cereals is good. There’s a toaster available.

Stayed here for three nights and had a very pleasant experience! I loved how the room was spacious and modern, excluding all the unnecessities old hotels have. Quiet area, about 10 min walk from Slough station - you can take the Elizabeth line for around one hour to get to central London. Staffs too were very friendly and welcoming. Everything went super well!

Stayed last night after checking in at 1am the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. After a bad day and half the night at work she was very understanding of my situation a credit to the company. Room was great with a lovely Hot shower. Breakfast was also very good. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant 4 night stay. (Rm 434 Nov 13 - 17th) From the warm and professional greeting by Samali, which was then continued daily by the very helpful Anna; to the tasty and plentiful breakfasts and really cosy, comfy room....this stay was superb!! The bar area is modern & fresh and the whole team clearly gives a damn about their customer. Special mention to the housekeeping team who always had the room immaculate too. Clearly a great management team led by Brici is in place here..... we are already looking forward to our next stay very soon.

My disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent stay at Moxy Slough on 1st November 2025. This was my fifth time staying at the hotel, and my experiences have always been positive to date. I truly value the hotel’s great location and comfortable environment, which is why I have chosen to return several times. However, during this visit, I encountered an unpleasant situation at reception after checking out around 9:00 a.m. I realised I had left my pyjamas in the room and returned within about ten minutes. The staff member at the desk, Moses, told me that nothing had been found, despite my explaining several times exactly where I had left the item. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, another staff member eventually returned my pyjamas, but there was no apology or acknowledgement for the delay. What made this experience particularly upsetting was the lack of courtesy and sensitivity shown. I couldn’t help but feel that I was being treated differently, possibly because of my background as a brown man. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not what I would expect from a brand like Moxy that promotes inclusivity and respect for all guests. I believe there is a need for additional training in professionalism, communication, and equality awareness to ensure every guest feels valued and treated fairly. I hope you will review this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to improve the service provided at the front desk. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would appreciate confirmation that my feedback has been received and that actions will be taken to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Beautiful and clean hotel, very close to Windsor castle. We would definitely be staying here again if we are down this side of the country! The rooms are on the small side but that is to be expected and there are no wardrobes etc, so maybe best for shorter stays rather than longer ones.

A trendy and clean hotel with friendly staff. I stayed in a room with a single queen bed and it was the perfect size for a solo traveler. The room was clean and efficiently laid out. I had breakfast at the hotel every morning and it had everything you needed to get your morning started. Good selection of fresh food along with coffee, tea, water, milk, and orange juice. The location was in a great spot with a 5 minute walk to the train station. Easy to get to, and from, London, Heathrow, and a short train ride away from Windsor Castle. Bus stops are just outside the hotel should you need to travel that way. I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect overnight stay. £76. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Very clean and welcoming staff. Greeted with a welcome cocktail. I also want to say thanks because I had this hotel booked but some colleagues had issues with their booking at another hotel and was left without accommodation. At 4 in the morning the staff helped to find an available room. It’s very rare you encounter this level of helpfulness and it was really appreciated. See you soon Moxy

We stayed here for a visit to Legoland + Windsor. Staff were helpful and friendly. Vibe in the hotel was perfect. Rooms were extremely comfortable. Hotel full of great features. Food late in the evening was fantastic. Great sleep, great buffet breakfast choice started our day well. Will use Moxy where we can.

My first visit this afternoon/evening. I started with a coffee and working then my son arrived and we ate a lovely meal then played table football, table tennis, scrabble and dominoes! It's like a WeWork only better! A massive thank you and acknowledgment to Tamara who played along with my son and made the best strawberry milkshake ever (and it wasn't even on the menu!!). My son now refers to the here as 'Tamara's Place'. We will definitely return!!
