Lovely experience at this guest house, excellent connectivity to Heathrow. Amazing atmosphere, quite, peaceful and fabulous room service.
Worst people. I booked one room in this property and when i reached the property they kept me waiting. After some time they came to me and said there is no booking on your name. They checked my ID as well. Then i showed them the confirmations from booking.com. They then said that you have to pay 20£ more for the room and 20£ extra as a key security. I asked them that let me contact booking.com, they said that you cant sit in here. Go out and do whatever you can.
Professionally run . I booked for a few weeks and found the time so peaceful i stayed nearly 8 months , The owner is only a phone call a way and is on site to manage the huge property... Full kitchen and washing machine. The team is always cleaning to a very good standard and maintaining the property.... Good value for money ... I will definitely recommend this place

This B&B Guest House I must say it was far from a pleasant stay. There were several issues that heavily impacted my overall impression of the establishment. First and foremost, the staff at the B&B Guest House were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their attitude towards guests was dismissive and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. Their lack of professionalism was disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my time there. Furthermore, I discovered that the guest house had associations with criminal activities. There were numerous reports of robberies on the road that the guest house is linked to. This association with criminal behavior is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the safety and security of guests. In addition to the alarming criminal association, the rooms themselves were horrid. They were poorly maintained, with worn-out furnishings, dirty carpets, and unpleasant odors. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was evident and made it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed during my stay. The location of the guest house was also a major drawback. It was situated in a bad area, with little to no amenities nearby. The lack of convenience and the feeling of insecurity due to the criminal activities in the vicinity further added to my dissatisfaction. Lastly, the overall condition of the guest house was subpar. The house appeared to be badly kept, with visible signs of neglect. It was evident that maintenance and upkeep were lacking, which further contributed to the unpleasant atmosphere. Considering all these factors, I cannot recommend the B&B Guest House to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rude staff, criminal associations, horrid rooms, bad location, and poorly maintained house make it an unsuitable choice for accommodation. I would strongly advise potential guests to look for alternative options that prioritize customer service, safety, and cleanliness.
Will recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Clean and spacious rooms, also a massive garden which my room overlooked. Staff were very helpful and went out their way to ensure I had an excellent stay. Was a bit wary pre-stay due to some online reviews but to be honest the service provided, the comfort of the room and the guest-friendly experience I had means I will definitely be back again.
rooms were untidy, the owners were very annoying kept on asking us for good reviews even tho the bathrooms were untidy, no staff only a lady and a man. High room rate with very low performance and services, very dirty kitchens. i will never ever recommend this place to anyone.
The service was disgusting, When seen in the pictures it seems clean but that is not the reality. The bathroom was very small and untidy, previous guests trash left behind, the carpets were stained and dirty. This Guest house is managed by a Husband & Wife, they were very irresponsible and rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone please do not go there.
Good stay the room is so spacious Comfortable for all and the location is good so many facilities are available like tea making facilities and the heaters and staff are help full the garden is good view are so one i mostly recommended for international students
1.High room rate with unexpected low performance services. 2. Requested to keep either passport, ID or deposit while the payment is collected via Hotel.com 3. Extra little services are requested to pay with negotiated method 4. Ask clients to do reviews for them first before returning deposit 5. The rooms are receiving noise of airplanes 6. Owners get angry if you don’t write Google Reviews 7. Transportation is not convenient
