Awful place. Arrived late in the evening after all being at work and a long 3 hour journey. Just wanted to collapse into a comfy bed ready for an early start the next morning. Sadly we were very let down. We had 2 rooms booked both were allocated on the ground floor. Room 30 smelled heavily of cigarettes. Figured it was only 1 night so would make do. In hindsight I should have returned to reception straight away for a room change as the smell seemed to get worse throughout the night. The best option but by far the safest was to open a window despite the cold weather and it being accessible to gain entry from the car park. After just managing to drift off we were woken at half past midnight by lots of noise from the room upstairs. It lasted at least 2 hours. I contemplated ringing reception but there are no phones in the rooms. We did not want to be having to swap rooms at 2.30/3 am. My daughter in the other room also said that they had no sleep at all because of the noise from the room above. Breakfast was below average. There was supposed to be vegetarian options ie bacon and sausage. Asked the chef who seemed very put out. He asked where we were sitting. 3 of us ate but my daughter who wanted the vegetarian food was forced to give up the wait and had pastries instead. After about 20 mins a waitress turned up with a plate with 2 luke warm sausages. These were left as we had all finished eating. This premier inn does not live up to the comfortable welcoming tv adverts. Mentioned the room to reception who appeared to have no interest. Only good thing is location to legoland. If you stay here, ask for rooms on the top floor and eat out. Sleeping in the car would have been more luxurious. Would definitely not return.

As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.

Hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice, spotless and very quiet. Staff were genuinely friendly, and both breakfast and dinner had tasty options. A couple of small hiccups: our dinner reservation wasn’t in their system, but they fixed it immediately and we didn’t go hungry. The car park is paid and was packed on Saturday, but I still managed to grab the last free spot. Stayed with my family and friends and overall we were very happy. Many thanks.

The great thing about Premier Inn is, on the whole, you know what you are going to get. Staff were very friendly, room was comfy- beds lovely, and food a good standard with plenty of choice. It was a cold weekend but room was lovely and warm (not too hot) for all the family. Lovely touch having colouring in the room for the kids on arrival. Easy to find and navigate from, would be very happy to go back.

Hotel is well priced for location being near to Legoland and Windsor. Facilities are good, room was set up well for our toddler and baby. Rooms were well insulated (our friends next door didn't hear our baby). Staff were accommodating when we couldn't get a table on the restaurant due to it being busy and set us up in the bar area. Staff were helpful and there were good vegan options. Main complaint is how hot the communal areas were

Had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn. Great location and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good for a budget hotel and the staff there were absolutely amazing. Shout out to Muzz for his great customer service and assistance during breakfast. Accommodated much of my requests and was quite friendly and polite. Will definitely return.

The staff were very helpful, and just really polite, patient, and professional, and made our stay relatively relaxed stress free *(we had a 6 month old with us upon writing this). Even though this place was busy with families enjoying Legoland, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. They get busy at the weekends and half terms by looks of it, and the very helpful staff members were keeping us regularly up to date with when our food is coming. Seriously good team work guys, thanks! بہت بہت شکریہ, आपका बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ, شكراً جزيلاً

Staff were WONDERFUL! So helpful and friendly. I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks for a training course and they really made me feel at home while I was there. A HUGE thanks to them all! Room had all I needed and was very comfortable, food was good too.

Very good location for Windsor. Rooms were clean and comfortable though a little tired looking, understandable in such a busy hotel. On site food was good, breakfast was delicious and kept well stocked. Dinner was also of good quality and service was fast, though not particularly friendly. Hotel reception staff were helpful when needed.
