Worst new years night ever! Fire alarm went off at half past 6 am cuz someone pressed the fire alarm button and I was s*xually ab*sed by a stranger in the lobby. He touched my shoulder. But it was already abusive enough that the police had to be called for that. I am autistic and no one took care about my situation, except my family. The hotel staff doesn't even want to give me an apology for the whole ### that happened. So yeah I will have a very bad 2026 because of this. Thanks for nothing.

Booked a night on a business trip, When printed out booking found the site had moved booking back to that day. Could not get any joy with their online system. And phoning got the runaround. booked with a more reputable chain, with better service. Have also instructed staff if they use travel lodges they will not be reimbursed.

The hotel is extremely affordable and you get what you pay for. It's the first time in my life I've seen mould/mildew on full display in a hotel bathroom and there is a red stain on the carpet in the room I'm occupying. The room is a good size but there is some wear and tear and the bathroom is very small. There are only two regular sockets in the room and the USB ports didn't properly charge my phone. Outside of my room a group of teenagers lay on the floor, just hanging out and catching up, again something I've never seen before and there was a strong food smell emanating from the room next door. Will I book here again? Never! but if price is a key consideration you could do worse. On a plus side the reception team are very friendly and helpful.

On arrival at around 21:45, with our 2 young children, we were presented with a sign at reception informing us that redemption was closed and checkin was at 15:00! Slightly concerned, thankfully there was a phone number, although no one answered, and after 5 minutes or so a member of staff appeared thankfully. Location may be great for the city, but unfortunately is also has a car park directly behind which people seem to think it;s fine to rev there engine at 01:30 or so in the morning. So although a nice room, if you are looking for a less stressful and full nights sleep perhaps try somewhere else.

The car park is located directly under the hotel. You can pay by card or Ringo app. I paid 6.90 for overnight stay. It was full of rubbish and filthy. Whoever owns the car park needs to spend some money on keeping it tidy. Once inside the hotel I was greeted by a very accommodating receptionist ,so thanks to him. I had a room on the fifth floor which was fairly quiet. The room was clean, although as other reviewers gave said it is very small. Ok for one night but you wouldn't want to spend any longer in the room. Didn't use bar or restaurant. Overall ok as Travelodge's go.

The room I stayed in looked new. Freshly painted. Very clean and tidy. It was warm. Tea-making facilities supplied. I paid extra for an unlimited breakfast, There in the canteen was a lady, who was eager to refill people's cups or help in any way she could. My stay was relaxed and quiet, I got a good night's sleep.

Overall fine experience. We stayed for 2 nights here in February. We’re 2 girls in our twenties and we arrived around 10 pm at the hotel. The streets of Slough felt a bit sketchy to us, we didn’t feel super comfortable walking around that late but it was okay. The smell of cannabis ran through our noses when we entered the hotel but we we’re greeted by a friendly lady at the reception. We didn’t smell it in our room or whatso ever. The room was just fine. Comfortable bed and the shower was fine. The first night we we’re awakened by some girls knocking (with all of their power) on the door of our neighbour to have a loud chat with him in front of his door. This for 20 minutes while it was 4 a.m.! Very disrespectful. But nothing the hotel could do something about. We also ordered diner in the restaurant, we had to wait half an our before our food was ready, but it was great. The second morning we heard some screaming men outside which was a bit weird. The hotel is situated close to the train station and bus stop, which was great for us. Overall okay experience, just a bit sketchy here and there but the room was just perfect for us.

Me n my husband stayed here for a week till we got a house. It's located very near to high street and the bus and train accessibility is also great. The staff was really helpful with our queries. Would like to convey special thanks to Supriya, she really helped us a lot by suggesting nearby Indian hotels, grocery shops and even helped us to search house. It was really helpful of her as we were in totally new country. Thank you!!

We stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and was shocked by how much it has deteriorated. The lift buttons on one lift were damaged, the first floor smelt damp and mildewy. The cleanliness of the room, in particular the bathroom was disgusting.

Don’t waste your money!!! Where shall I start? . Bathroom stunk of cannabis and massive waste of water each time you washed as there wasn’t a plug to be seen . The room was not at all clean and the wrinkled disgusting carpet not fit to walk on in bare feet! The evening meal was barely edible and we waited one hour for it to arrive! Pleasant staff but understaffed. They did nothing about our complaints and have not responded to an email sent to raise our concerns. They said they would ring us back but have not! Terrible place don’t stay there! It’s a waste of money and very unpleasant.
