Stayed on night. Very welcoming, helpful on arrival. Excellent private parking, quiet location but handy for A40/M40. Room large, spotless and quiet. Separate main door to rooms and pretty guest lounge with fridge. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was immaculate—truly the cleanest room and facilities I’ve ever seen. Upon arrival, we received a warm, comforting friendly welcome from the owner Roy. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and cosy, it truly felt like being in my own house! Bathroom was spotless, underfloor heating and a thermostatic shower are bonus! We will definitely be back. Absolutely fantastic experience all around! Well done for your hard work Roy and Jane!

I've stayed here a couple of times for business now and can't complain. The rooms and bathrooms are always spotless and comfortable, the grounds and guest house are very well kept and presented, bedding linen and towels are changed regularly and as always crisp and fresh. I have dealt with Roy on both occasions and he is incredibly welcoming and friendly, the guest house is situated close enough to major travel routes but situated out of the way in a quiet well looked after area. There is ample parking, a small garden area, patio with table and chairs & a lounge with sofas. A welcome escape from a busy work day

We needed somewhere to stay after my cousin's wedding. They very kindly allowed us to check in early, so we could quickly change and drop our stuff before heading to the ceremony. We left a charger behind and they promptly sent it back to us. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was powerful with great temperature control... it washed away some of the hangover, albeit temporarily. Facilities were great- shared living room which opened up onto a patio. We didn't use this ourselves as we were just stopping for the night but we saw another couple enjoying a bit of morning reading outside as we left. Excellent parking. Thanks for having us!

Rooms simple, but have everything you need. It was so clean. Roy was extremely welcoming and had everything under control. Location was perfect for me, quiet area, plenty of room to park my van. 20 minute walk into Farnham Common where pubs and restaurants are. Loved it, would stay again.

A beautiful guesthouse in a restored farmhouse run by a very nice couple. We booked two rooms. Both were very modern and comfortable. Parking is in the back, so the driveway is a bit hard to spot if arriving at night. Very happy to recommend this place.

Booked a nights stay after a long flight into Heathrow as we didn't want to drive the 4 hours home. We arrived in Heathrow, booked the hotel online at 9pm via nectar hotels, got our luggage etc, grabbed a bite to eat then around midnight we called the hotel informing them we are a few mins away. The man who picked the phone up said we cannot have our room as check-in closed at 9pm! We asked why were we allowed to book the hotel if check-in was already closed, we asked why were we not contacted by phone or via email etc to let us know this etc. We even asked for them to cancel our booking so we can book something else but the man who we spoke to was very very rude and unprofessional and even rejected this! We couldn't believe how he started shouting at us over the phone. He claimed that they emailed me but there was nothing in my inbox or spam. If we booked at 9pm and they couldn't accommodate us why did they not just cancel the booking straight away? Edit: I did not receive any emails, text messages, phone calls or voicemails. The hotel made no attempt to contact me and they had both my email address and mobile number. After being told we can't check in I did not get angry, I calmly asked if I can collect the key from somewhere. Well done on scamming a guest out of ~£120 and refusing to cancel/refund.

Good quiet room with nice en-suite. Breakfast is a bit parsimonious. Croissant - no butter or jam and uht pots of milk for coffee. Banana, biscuit and yogurt all in a paper bag outside the bedroom door. Hospitality excellent including a free lift to the restaurant which Jane booked so a wonderful stay marred by the 'cheap' (£7.00) breakfast.
