Always do a good Job . But charging a late collection charge when they didn’t notify you your dog was ready. I turned up 30 mins after they had finished. I disagree with this policy for 30 mins. Won’t be using them again out of principle. Be careful and confirm when you drop your dog off what time it will be ready.

People have told me this isn't the best place. And I'm sure there are many better, but I have never had any issues. My little baby has always had a good groom from here, and testament to that I always go back.
Really bad service, I’ve been trying to call the groom room for the past week and have left messages. No one has tried to call back to book an appointment and they never seem to pick up the phone.
Whilst Steph was here it was absolutely brilliant, she always provided the highest level of service and my dog bonded well with her as her groomer! My girl is generally an anxious dog and Steph no doubt always prioritized & understood her needs. Now that she is on Maternity leave, there is struggle just to get through to any member of staff by phone! The appointments provided are with huge delay and my girl wouldn’t be comfortable going anywhere else. She is a double coated breed and her shedding has been difficult to deal with without her regular grooms, even having explained this there is still a long wait. This place isn’t the same without Steph! She was the absolute best!
Took my pixie for a groom and she came out looking beautiful I was so happy The staff so kind and caring really impressed definitely be going back regularly
Best Groom Room around West London. The girls here are fantastic. Excellent customer service, very punctual and most importantly do a great job with my Akita who always loves her time there. I must say some of the other branches, (Greenford) do not match this place in either customer service or skill levels.
