Stayed for 6 weeks following a serious fire at my home, whilst seeking temporary accommodation during late September, October and early November this year.. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.. Staff treated me like family and were kind, empathetic and friendly.. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the hotel is very centrally and conveniently situated for shopping. The staff and food at their Butch and Block restaurant are both excellent.. Having stayed previously in many Premier Inns... This one shines out.. Thank you to you all.. Happy Christmas!

If you need to be not too far from the M25 or Surrey, this is a fantastic alternative to staying in the more traditional village hotels or run down inns in the county. It serves as a great urban base—reliable, modern, and very well-connected. Highlights: Service: A huge thank you to Tatiana at reception. Since I booked via Expedia, I couldn't use the self-service kiosks, but she was incredibly helpful and got me checked in manually with no issues. Location: You are right on Sutton High Street with plenty of amenities, plus there is a convenient 24/7 car park nearby. Food: Having the steakhouse on the ground floor is a great bonus if you don't want to travel far for dinner. Highly recommended for a functional, stress-free stay.

5 stars service, can’t fault anything to be honest and will definitely be back when I’m in town. Was very happy with the room, location and overall atmosphere. Room was very clean and flawless.

Stay here often when visiting friends. Check in is easy, you can get your parking ticket scanned from the shopping centre and it gives you a discount for parking. Rooms always lovely and clean. The restaurant attached is great food. Clean and looks good. Always friendly staff and helpful

A good night’s sleep at the Premier Inn Sutton. Great location and you park all night using a parking app in Asdas car park, just a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was very, help yourself buffet and everything freshly made. We will definitely book again.

I've stayed here many times, I brasher about how quiet it was until tonight... I've been awake listening to kids all night. This is going to be painful to fly with no sleep!!! Upon check in I was told of I wanted the room cleaned to let them know. This morning the girl at front desk with long straight hair said no service as they were busy. I asked for clean towels she rolled her eyes several times as of I was annoying her. She wrote my room number on her hand, odd!

Location was great for our requirements. Rooms standard, everything was clean. Staff very friendly. Parking extra but very reasonable prices for outer London!

Check in was available for me around midnight, which was really helpful. Location is central to Sutton, and useful if you need any amenities. Also, the train from Sutton into london is an express. Rooms were clean, and most importantly, when checking the kettle, it was spotless. This tells me room cleaning are doing a good job. There's an attached restaurant, which is basic, but the food provided was great. I had an all you can eat breakfast, and got my money's worth!

Very central location, close to the High Street and shopping centre. The rooms are clean and fresh. Limited staff availability at the time of my stay meant that rooms are not cleaned unless requested the day before. Quirky thing about the last two stays at a Premier Inn is that even when booking for two people there's was only one hand towel and one bath towel - I think reception should offer a second towel when two people check in, but they don't. Easy to get two key cards, but a second towel! I'll make a point of asking at check in next time. During the 5 day stay the broadband was having work done, 0.2 Mbs was the fastest I got and wow is that slow! And whatever work is being done its obviously taking time. The new branding of the restaurant is very meaty, and will not suit everyone. That said we had a nice midweek dinner on the first night of our stay, the service was cheerful and quite quick. My eye kept being drawn to the buckets on the floor a couple of tables away - it's a 6 floor building and the restaurant is on the ground floor. The buckets were collecting drips from some big pipes in the ceiling - really didn't want to think about what kind of pipes.

We’re here for a couple of weeks while our home undergoes some emergency renovations and the staff are lovely. Jorge, Ahmed and Steve are particularly warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are so quiet, comfortable and wonderfully clean. Housekeeping are all wonderful too.
