   Out two cats have been treated at this surgery for four years and always received great care. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's quite easy to get an appointment.

   On 6/9 I called this vet surgery to book an appointment. The receptionist (british accent) lady I spoke to was not helpful and quite rude. I had many questions before booking, but she was too lazy to speak on the phone and told me to go online. Nothing online could answer my questions, so I had to call her back. Her attitude was terrible. This was my nearest vet so I decided to go (if there was another near I would definitely have not come here due to her attitude). When arriving today the receptionist (pink hair, foreign accent) was lovely! She was very helpful. The vet as well was very Kind, professional and explain everything perfectly. Its a shame that first receptionist really brings the place down. Maybe she needs some training on how to interact with people, especially as front of house and first interaction. A big well done to everyone else !

   I recently took my dog in to be spayed and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. From start to finish, the staff were kind, reassuring, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible. The aftercare advice was thorough, and I felt completely supported throughout the whole process. My dog is recovering really well, and I’m so grateful to the team for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. Highly recommend this surgery to anyone looking for compassionate and attentive care for their pets.

   First time with Dottie visiting the corner veterinary surgery, had her 2nd lot of injections at 12 weeks old all very new to both of us. The vet and the staff were very helpful and informative and we were given a lovely welcome pack which includes lots of useful information on caring for a puppy. Looking forward to our next visit.

   The vet nurse administered an incorrect (too high) dose of anti-inflammatory medication to my small kitten which meant that she had to stay in for obs and fluid. Safety checks are clearly not in place. This vet practice is not safe - I urge you to take your pets to Medivet instead.

   My almost 18-year-old cat is registered with Mayow vets, and every now and then we get to visit the Corner Vets who are always warm and welcoming. The vet listened to our concerns, and used evidence based practice to inform her treatment and management. She was gentle in assessing and handling our cat and showed care and compassion throughout. I’ve been registered with this company for several years and I regularly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet in the area.
