We came in on a Sunday with a very worrying emergency. We were seen immediately, staff were lovely and the receptionist was particularly brilliant and really helped calm us down. Thank you all :)

2 years in a row we've had to have our dog stay over the weekend for the same issue. Last year I had 10 minutes with the vet on the phone who spoke about nothing but money. I told him how sad it was that all he was concerned about was money and not the actual animal. He advised euthanasia, I declined, his receptionist then called my daughter to advise that our beloved dog was going to be put down. I then had to call to stop it. This year, same issue, our vet sent our dog to medivet as unfortunately it is a Friday again. Within a couple of hours with only the Handover from our vet (and concern regarding not having pet insurance) they advised that he may have to be put down. We have no issues paying but again it's all they are concerned about. We will be collecting him and removing him from the £500 per night in a cage 'care'. Our dog recovered last year as we actually syringe fed and watered him last year, which they did not. AVOID this clinic. There is a reason they take overnight weekends from vets and unfortunately it's only for monitary gain

We had to make an emergency appointment after one of our dogs trod on a hornet. It was immediately clear he had a nasty reaction. We were so thankful that we were fitted in to see Sam. She was so good with our nervous rescue dog. He was clearly distressed and in pain, but Sam's gentle and patient approach allowed her to examine him comprehensively. She gave clear guidance about the treatment plan, and we were clear about what to keep under observation over the next few days. Our dog recovered, during the timescale Sam predicted.

Am fairly new to Medivet in Mulgrave Road after adopting a mature Cat. My experiences have been positive so they are now Polly's official vet. Every interaction by telephone or in person has been friendly and approachable. Time taken to explain outcome of visit to Vet including aftercare and explanations. Emotions of human also dealt with kindly and respectfully. Telephone always answered quickly and most importantly Polly was comfortable and not stressed at all with her trip to be checked out. Fees are taken at reception before your pet is returned. At time of visit Vet consultation fee £62 then additional charges for treatments which you will be made aware of depending on circumstances. On street parking available (controlled parking) but suggest to check the zones times and charges online first. Overall a good experience.

All the staff are super caring and friendly. Our dog has been looked after here since we got him. They are careful and understanding, especially when he has been in distress at being handled. We are part of the Medivet plan so pay monthly and do not have to worry about annual check up and vaccinations, or monthly worming/fleas and ticks. Would recommend to anyone with a pet, so would Dexter.

Fantastic vets, the receptionist was so nice and helpful, had a bit of a panic on due to our cat having a slight accident in his cat carrier and she whisked him away and cleaned it all up before going in to see the vet.

Parkside was the main problem, telling me I could bring the animal over.whilst they did have an emergency coming in I was there the emergency wasn’t what was needed was a quick assessment. The receptionist didn’t see my point of view I was looking out for my Animal they weren’t interested just another big company who buy out the smaller vets. Wingrave vets used to care .

We have had to go to the vet on a few occasions and each time the team has been helpful and supportive. We trust our dog will be in good hands. The Sutton Medivet is not the closest vet practice to our home and the reason we go is because Michael and the rest of the team are amazing and because they care!
