   My first trip to work since moving in the area, I enter and ask if they make coffee, and surprised and happy learn that they do. I am then charged 2.50 and handed a coffee after some wait. I drink it to find out it is a latte. Go back to ask for a black coffee as I cannot drink milk, and instead of having a conversation for both our mistake (me not making it explicit that I want a black coffee and the seller not asking what coffee I was after), I was lectured on "what coffees are", and apparently when you ask for a coffee you are asking for a milk coffee. Oh well... what a shame, would have had all my morning coffees there. So sad... perhaps a revision of how to treat people we don't know with kindness and respect could be the next YouTube video to watch and lecture your customers on? [Still making this a 5 star review because hurting the business is not my intention - bye]

   Its as expected, a nice little corner shop, and has everything you would expect a corner shop to have. The only thing of note is that it closes quite early, and the timings can be a bit scuffed (so don't try go 5 minutes before it closes, it could already be closed)

   They are always really friendly here and hold the door open for me to help me get my pram through. I’ve used them for Pass my Parcel a few times and they’ve always given a great service. Today I left my purse on the counter without realising - I only found out when they knocked on my door in the evening and handed it back to me!
