We are currently staying here with our children. Unfortunately, on arrival we found several cleanliness issues: a dirty sock under one of the beds, a clothing tag from a T-shirt under the quilt, and a noticeable amount of hair left in the bath. We were unable to request a room change at the time as I went down twice but no staff were available , and then the children had fallen asleep. These issues affected our comfort during the stay and did not meet our expectations for cleanliness.

We regularly stay here to see family who are close by. The staff are always very polite and helpful. The swimming pool is a great addition. The rooms could just do with being updated now but pleasant enough and comfortable.

We are regular guests at the Sutton Holiday Inn and have always received a warm welcome from reception and the restaurant staff. The breakfast choice is adequate but good and the restaurant choice is varied. There is also plenty of parking which is free for guests.

Very decent hotel and probably the best Holiday inn I’ve ever been to. Staff were excellent at the reception, in the restaurant and in the gym. Buffet breakfast had a very nice selection giving the perfect start to the day and room service was lovely, I recommend the fish and chips in particular it was hot flavoursome and had a nice crunch. This is one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. They have a power rack instead of a smith machine, 20kg Olympic bar with around 120kg additional weight which for most lifts is enough to get by, an e.z bar, Trx, some dumbells going up to 35kg and some machines. Only critique is the machines and dumbells could’ve had a bit more weight and maybe a couple more plates. Pool I didn’t use but looked clean and well kept, the steam room and sauna was lovely and exactly what I needed to switch off and relax. Location is decent as it’s round the corner to a shopping centre and a bus stop. If you’re passing through I need a place to stay I’d definitely recommend it

A nice hotel, well managed, very friendly staff. Rooms are well sized with large TVs and plenty of sockets including USB sockets. Good selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. The health suite is free to residents, though the pool is small and not very deep. I had a nice stay here. Not 5 stars though as £15 per day for car parking is quite expensive even for south London. Access is via a narrow one way side road which gets blocked by the coaches dropping hotel guests off which in turn block access and exit from the car park.

We had an outstanding time at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the amenities are generous, and the staff is the friendliest you will ever encounter. We stayed for a week, and our kids loved it. Breakfast and other meals were delicious. The staff bent over backwards to please us, and upon leaving the hotel tomorrow, I feel like we’re leaving friends behind. Perfectly situation near Sutton’s main shopping street and the railway station (30 minutes to London Bridge), the hotel exceeded our expectations. Stay here if you can!

Ambience great, staff all very friendly and professional esp Reception and Restaurant staff. Been visiting over 20yrs. Only negative r the decor in the room and bathroom, plus Restaurant area was quite cold and didn't seem like the heating was on.

Enjoyed the stay, the food and the facilities. But as there were (and of course has to be sometimes) it's not quite the same. Breakfast good, but wasn't stock up as quickly as normal. No facilities for making a cup of tea or coffee is a shame.

Perfect spot for first visit to UK. Only 50 minutes to Central London. St. Nicholas mall in walking distance. Pool, spa, steam room, fitness room, and hot tub. I'm booking this place again!

Perfectly located for the purpose of our journey. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival, very open and friendly welcome from staff. The room was perfectly sized for us. The mattress on the bed was a little hard for my liking and the pillows a little lumpy but tolerable for the 2 nights we stayed. Air con in the room a bonus although noisy overnight. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, proper quality hot food items not like other chain hotel companies. Wide selection of items hot and cold, friendly and helpful staff. This hotel has a gym, pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which is perfect to relax. Overall the stay was worth every penny reasonably priced and cheaper than some of their rivals but definately better quality for the food and leisure facilities.
