   I have a VERY challenging, very anxious poodle cross who is anti-grooming (not ideal for a long haired dog!), but Demi was absolutely brilliant with him. She was firm but kind, exactly what he needed, and he came back clean, clipped, and looking handsome! I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!

   I flew with my dog , Rokko, from Vancouver, Canada . He’s 16 years old and first time on a plane! I was referred to Top to Tail from a neighbour in my late mother’s building . Lovely elderly man with his dog. I was able to get an appointment and had a lovely experience. Warm and friendly staff. Great job on the COVID protocols for keeping things clean and sanitized. Emma and her assistant greeted me very well, and treated my dog with care and respect. Knowing his age and that he nips and did a big wee while being groomed. (Sorry!) They did a fabulous job! I was very pleased with the hair cut going into a new place in a new country. Well priced for the work they did. Rokko not only smelled great, they brought him back to his puppy look! People took photos of him when I stepped outside lol. Thanks Emma and staff! I’ll be back again in August:)

   We have a mad springer spaniel who hates being groomed. Emma and her team are the only people who can deal with him. I feel lucky to have found them as he needs grooming every 6-8 weeks. Excellent service
