We loved the peaceful atmosphere — it felt like a little escape. The mattresses were really comfortable, and our room was warm and cozy, with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was included, and it was always fresh, warm, and delicious. We also really appreciated having hot water in the shower — such a comfort! Everything was just right, and we’d be happy to come back again.

I had a really nice stay, booked myself a private room number 7 with bathroom. It had a big window that opens fully into the inner yard, was lovely. Breakfast is super, English breakfast served by very nice ladies. The place is greatly located next to Hyde Park and metro lines.

I booked a room with a single bed and shared bathroom. I never saw anyone on my level (1) and the bathroom was like no one used it. The bed was comfortable. The staff here (especially ladies in the kitchen) were great. The breakfast was included and was always fresh and delicious. Location is perfect. Across from Kensington Gardens and very close to Queensway Tube (central line).

Lovely guest house. All the staff were so kind and accommodating. We were able to check in early, and they hold luggage day of check-in and check-out for free as well. English breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Nice neighborhood with many businesses nearby. Located near several bus stops and tube stop, and can take a stroll through Kensington gardens. Am hoping to return on my next visit to London!

Dirty hostel. We could not stay due to a misunderstanding with the room type and the owner wouldn't return our money back

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again…. Given the price is right on the day.

The reception and the ladies in kitchen makes me really good memories during my stay. The overall service is amazingly great. The traditional English full breakfast is freshly made. You can even have your own food selection on their list. When I need to catch a early flight to go, they even arrange a easy pack of breakfast in advance. How thoughtful would this be? Never in my previous travel.

A lovely old fashioned b&b right on Hyde park. The room was as described and clean. The breakfast is adequate but the room itself is drafty. The staff is very warm and friendly. The stairs and corridors creak but it's vintage!
