We had afternoon tea at view point, which was lovely and the staff really friendly. The day was just brilliant, would highly recommend a visit.”

“The Bubble Zoo offers a delightful range of flavours. I had the cherry-flavored bubble tea that is both refreshing and flavorful. The friendly service makes it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasty treat with family or friends, the place was super clean which is important for me I will definitely be there again soon”

“We went to Hobbledown to visit Santa in his Grotto. The place looked magical! And the immersive experience was above and beyond. Nowhere else have we experienced anything like it, usually it is just Santa and that's it. Here we experienced almost an hour long journey through Santa village, meet him and go to Elf shop to choose final gift :) And to be able to pick your own present is just mazing. Happy children guaranteed! Honestly one our very favorite places! Kids already asking to go back again!”

“I used to stay at Mayfair House...the difference is clear..the location is great because with the St johns wood high street going into town most times may not be necessary. If u have a vehicle the underground parking is also first class...to me its a 5 star apartment hotel!”

“Great little Zoo, with a good choice of animals, my personal favourite were the penguins. Going midweek, there were plenty of parents/grandparents with toddlers, who all seemed to be having fun. There's an outdoor play area and a small indoor play area and cafe, and also a restaurant/cafe. There were outside eating areas but they were all closed on the day of our visit. Plenty of parking. We were there 2 hours.”

“Wonderful zoo, perfectly sized for a child to look around everything and have a good play too. The animals are well cared for and we listened to three very informative talks by keepers. Rosie in particular was great and answered all of our questions. My daughter loved seeing the Scottish Wildcats and watching all of the animals enjoy their enrichment activities.”

“I upgraded to an annual membership as you cannot do the zoo justice in just one visit. Well maintained enclosures with happy looking animals. Information and knowledgeable staff on hand everywhere and very pleased to interact with visitors. Breeding programs in evidence for the rare creatures too. Very educational for youngsters, although in all honesty I go during the week when less children are about. Favourite enclosures, Butterflies, Reptiles, tropical birds and rainforest. (Some of which are open enclosures so you are up close and personal with the animals) Restaurant available on site although I didn't love it. Gift shop good for a souvenir or two.”

“i had a really great time at the monkey valley. The zoo staff member was amazing she knew all the monkey names and was so cheerful and bubbly when delivering all her knowledge of the colobus monkeys. I loved it because i love all kinds of monkeys and seeing them and being among them just made my day”

“Quaint little zoo with a variety of small animals and birds. While they don't have any of the large animals at most big zoos they have a unique collection of very interesting smaller, less common animals and birds in their collection. Definitely worth a visit. Has a nice little Cafe and playground for kids too.”

“I was impressed by how organized and informative the London Zoo is. I visited with students to do a conservation workshop, and the quality of learning was outstanding. The zoo was incredibly clean, and constructed with so much purpose and intentionality. I appreciated that many animals that require larger enclosures were not located at this property and instead out at Whipsnade, though I still found it a little jarring having a zoo in the middle of a city, with roads literally passing through the middle of it. However, we saw how much work was being done to provide support and care for the animals, and it was clear that they are intentional in all they are doing. Would definitely recommend and visit again.”

“The location is wonderful for travel through London. The street is relatively quiet at night, there is a mall across the street, and a tube station only a block away. The room is small, but the space is managed well. My only real complaint is there was no dresser in which to unpack and put my clothes. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious! Would definitely stay there again!”
