   I was recommended to this place by some friends and WOW!! On the outside it is small but the workers are so polite. The boba tea is always very nice with a range of flavours but I have to say that they do not ask for your sugar levels. Something I really liked was the cards they gave out where you have to visit the store 5 times and get boba tea to get a free one. From when I'm writing this, the bubble zoo is temporarily closed and I was quite disappointed but I saw that they were making changes for the better. Thanks for reading. :)

   The Bubble Zoo offers a delightful range of flavours. I had the cherry-flavored bubble tea that is both refreshing and flavorful. The friendly service makes it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasty treat with family or friends, the place was super clean which is important for me I will definitely be there again soon

   So I am not a bubble tea person but my kids love it. We took a drive around and actually found this place open late at night. My kids said it was one of the best bubble tea places around and they have gone again multiple times.

   I was on vacation from America and stumbled upon The Bubble Zoo on Kingsley road. I can confidently say this is the best bubble tea I have had in my life. Every flavor has a unique but authentic taste. Customer service is also outstanding. All of our orders were made quickly.

   This is a review based on ordering DELIVERY off UBER EATS. So we were craving some bubble tea, our usual was closed and the reviews on this place looked pretty good so we decided to try. Ordered 3 drinks between 3 of us, 1 hot and 2 cold. Now I don't know if it was because it was a delivery order or close to closing time but the drink, did nowhere live up to the reviews. I know some places can differ in quality between getting from the store direct and ordering for delivery so I am not sure if its due to that but we were too disappointed to even try again in store. Especially since we were paying close to £7 for each drink. Size - The difference in the regular and large is huge, the large is almost twice the size for only a couple of quid more. Price - Pretty pricey for a small shop, especially on delivery where it can add up to £7 a drink but if the quality was worth it I would pay it, sadly it isn't. Ive had better at a cheaper price Tapioca - The drinks we got with tapioca pearls, the pearls were quite hard and not as squishy, they also all seemed to stick together. You also seem to get half your cup filled with tapioca pearls in a single serving. This might be great if you love tapioca but almost half a cup seems aloooot. Taro - Great bright purple colour but the taste was a little weak. 7/10. Foams - These are not foams, we learnt this the hard way when ordering, they are cream chunks!!! Very misleading. Other stores do foam so I thought this was what I was getting but no, it was cream and chunky and I really hated the texture especially since I got tapioca with it, If I knew it was chunks I would not have gotten!!! Rose Milk Tea - Don't order, very over powering, none of us could handle more than a sip and when I didnt want to waste and tried to drink it it made me sick. Whoever made the drink put in tones and i mean tones of the rose flavour it was DISGUSTING. We had to throw the drink away because the tapioca was also not soft and clumpy. All in all I fell like I wasted £15 on drinks as Uber said they can't do anything about it even though we had to throw one away and said we can bring it back since noone could drink it. Store had closed by the time drinks were tasted. The hot mango milk tea with vanilla foam and no tapioca was nice though. 8/10 Cold Taro with Crème Brûlée foam and tapioca was a 6.5/10. JUST STATE ITS CREAM AND NOT FOAM. I love taro but the tapioca consistency and foam being cream put me off. Don't get me wrong the Crème Brûlée is really nice, tastes like pudding but I wasn't expecting it and don't like the texture mixed with the tapioca. Rose Milk with tapioca - 0/10 Overall I would not recommend or go back, There is a bubble tea shop not to far that does amazing tasting drinks every time, the foam is the foam and the tapioca is soft and squish, never once had an issue from there and most drinks are £4.80-5.20 Maximum.

   Great if you’re craving bubble tea in Hounslow. £4.50 for a regular which is quite small, or £5 for a large. Tasted okay, although you don’t get asked how much ice nor sugar you want. A very small shop and staff disappear to make your drink.
