Best flat white. So many coffee shops, in high street, stick with this one, they don’t come close , very good, didn’t want it to end .
The two Costa coffee shops in Hampton Hill High Street (run by the same staff) make the very best Costa coffees of all the Costa coffee shops I've visited in this area, and all the baristas are really friendly, helpful and very hard-working! I regularly visit these Costas (especially the one next to Tesco) and always receive excellent friendly service! The Costa next to Tesco is nice and quiet to sit in inside and outside, as it is set back quite a way from the road and always has plenty of seating available inside, which is also nice and cool on a hot summer day!
My family and I went to Costa Coffee In Hampton Hill and we was so impressed with the high level of customer service, especially from Dominica. These days, when customer service levels often seem mediocre at best, it is so refreshing to experience first-class customer care from staff. Dominica was very friendly and attentive with us, and we also observed her interacting with other customers in the same way - this lady would not be out of place working in a 5 star hotel. The coffees were delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday morning breakfast there. Thank you Dominica!
My favourite branch of Costa. Great staff team who are always friendly, sometimes funny and happy to chat which gives a slightly more personal or independent coffee shop feel. Even when there's a long queue, the wait isn't as long as many other branches. Coffee is made well and more than happy to accommodate customer preferences (hotter, colder, half and half milk and a myriad of requests I've heard from other customers whilst waiting to be served). Indoor and outdoor seating, street parking and a car park behind the shops. Great if you've been for a walk in the park as its just outside the gate.
