They were very open and transparent about what was wrong with my system, how they were going to fix it and what precautions to take when bringing it home. Top quality and honest people, would definitely recommend bringing your PC here if you need anything sorted.”

“I’ve used Zoo Accounting for the past year, and they’ve been brilliant from day one. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They explain things clearly, always take the time to answer questions, and genuinely care about helping you make the right decisions. It’s made managing my accounts feel far less stressful, and I know everything’s being handled properly behind the scenes. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, down-to-earth accounting team. PJC Design Solutions - Electronic and PCB design”

“Lovely place to visit. Paid on entry and ticket prices are reasonable. It took us just under two hours to see every bit of the park. A variety of animals to see and their enclosures are quite spacious and seem well equipped. Even though it rained intermittently during our visit which was off putting (wrong choice of day to visit I guess) but a good day overall. Absolutely recommend.”

“Excellent selection of animals to see and lots of interactive habitats like the Lemur Woods. The train is a cool touch too! Prepare yourself for a lot of uphill climbing throughout the day if you're bringing toddlers! Unfortunately some exibit closures during our visit in preparation for Christmas, and the rides and pop-up restaurant stands were closed. There are vending machines dotted around but they're all coin-only so pretty useless.”

“Came here with my partner. Pretty easy to book, can do so online. £3 per car parking - would advise not to go at a busy time as the car park will be full. Lovely day out full of various plants and trees. Most of the outdoor plants are British origin with others being housed indoors. Managed to get around in an hour and a half, seeing all of the plants we wanted to see. As per usual, snacks and drinks are a bit costly £1.50 for a can. Overall, would recommend”

    National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham

    ★★★★☆ 4.2 (15,281 Reviews) Well rated Closed

“National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham: A Submerged City Escape The National SEA LIFE Centre in Birmingham offers an engaging and surprisingly intimate exploration of the underwater world, making it a perfect family outing in the city centre. While its footprint is smaller than some coastal aquariums, it packs a real punch, particularly with its signature attraction: the UK's only 360-degree Ocean Tunnel. Walking through this clear acrylic tunnel is genuinely jaw-dropping, providing an immersive experience as sharks, rays, and the beloved giant green sea turtle, Molokai, glide directly overhead and beneath your feet. This highlight alone justifies the visit, offering incredible photographic moments and a true sense of being submerged. Beyond the ocean tunnel, key exhibits include the playful Gentoo penguins in their icy habitat and the charming sea otters, Ozzy and Ola, who reside in the Mammal Rescue Facility. Interactive elements like the rock pool, where visitors can gently touch a starfish, keep younger guests highly engaged. Other sections, like the jellyfish displays and the Clownfish Kingdom, are vibrant and well-presented. While tickets can be pricey, seeking out available discounts or utilizing combination passes with nearby attractions like LEGOLAND Discovery Centre offers better value. Allow about 90 minutes to two hours for a comfortable tour. Despite sometimes being busy, the SEA LIFE Centre remains a truly "splash hit" and a memorable journey into marine conservation and discovery.”

“Visited for my youngest birthday treat a few weekends ago and had an amazing time. Initially it looked quite small but there's so much to do we spent the entire day here. It has a 4 d cinema, pedal ride, and shoot from a cart ride all of which are great fun and had short queues. Then there are numerous build areas that the children couldn't get enough of. Lego friends, race track, car test ramp, earthquake test area, and others. There are some added extras you can buy too such as a build session and vr ride, plus a activity booklet. None of which were expensive. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The Costa was reasonable and fresh for lunch. Had an amazing time and will be back.”

Today we went there to celebrate my 9 year olds birthday - as always Darren and his son were kind enough to share their lovely space with us. My son and his friends had a lovely time holding and learning about the different animals. Darren was very understanding towards the children who were unsure of holding animals. In my son’s words jungle hut is the best place in the world :-) I would love to be able to bring my children here for more unusual, educational and fun workshops. Thank you Darren for everything.”

“Had a fantastic visit to RSPB Sandwell Valley recently! It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot that’s perfect for birdwatching and relaxing in nature. The staff and volunteers were really welcoming and helpful. During my visit, I spotted some amazing birds, including oystercatcher, lots of geese, and many other species. The hide is brilliant — well maintained and perfectly placed to give you a great view without disturbing the wildlife. It’s such a calm and relaxing place to sit quietly and enjoy nature. The only downside was a few bike riders passing nearby with very loud engine sounds, which disturbed the peace a little and seemed to unsettle some of the birds. It didn’t ruin the visit, but it would be even better if the area could be kept quieter for both visitors and wildlife. Overall, it’s a wonderful place and I highly recommend a visit if you love nature, birds, and some quiet time outdoors!”

“The only way my experience would have been improved would be more time. There is so much to see and explore. Staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming (thank you Kevin!). Buildings have been gathered and rebuilt on site to represent several periods of the Black Country's history. Victorian Era, 1930's and '40's, and into the '50's and '60's. The garage near the entrance has a grand collection of cars, trucks, motorcycles and more. I did have time for a glass of cider at Vaults in the Elephant & Castle. They have hands on workshops to make nails and Bricks. If you didn't already know, a lot of filming for the Peaky Blinders show has been done here. I imagine a fan of the show will recognize locations at the museum. Nov 26, 25 C&J”

The safari drive was incredibly impressive — the animals come right up to the cars, and the kids were thrilled. The walking areas are also huge and very interesting — aquariums, reptiles, the dinosaur zone, rides… there’s so much to see that one visit isn’t enough. “Great scenic place to walk around and get some great photos. For the most part, it is nice and quiet and only occasionally see people walking around through the trees. The exception is where there are roads nearby, where the day I went, there was a tatter scrap truck driving around with its siren call on full blast, which ruins the whole experience. The most popular area would be the bright quarry where you'll find plenty of fossils. To walk around the whole reserve is quite the workout, and there are steps leading to different parts, but the steps can be very steep and hard to climb. As you continue down into the reserve, there are parts where it goes to its lowest point that doesn't get much sunlight, so the ground may be muddy, but it's very nice around here. The alternative to this is to climb the steps to the highest points where you'll be able to see for miles. Had not been here for many years, but it's relatively unchanged. The only real letdown (and biggest change) is the Seven Sisters Caverns (or caves). The council has blocked off and filled in all the caverns with fences and rocks. They have ruined a historical landmark. Like the fences should be enough to keep people out, but to fill in caverns is just out of order. There used to be cave exploration parties in the past, but now is just a thing of the past. What's funny is the caverns are fenced off, but if you walk around through the trees, there are many many spots where there are considerable drops into very deep ditches that are just out in the open and not fenced off at all. If you fall through some of these, you're going to get hurt badly. Just stick to the path though, and you'll be fine. As for the quarry with fossils, I last went here over 25 years ago, and it might have been my mind playing tricks on me, but if you don't like spiders, then don't walk around the quarry towards the evening, as I remember seeing all the rocks suddenly swarm with hundreds of tiny spiders. In the daytime, though, you probably won't see any. The whole area is well worth the visit, and feels like a different country away from the normal everyday life of Dudley.”

“This was a lovely amazing experience which is hidden near Solihull, in Birmingham. The Kenyan themed heritage site is small but perfectly formed and a lovely location to attend with family and friends. There are lots of plants and artefacts to buy as well. The restaurant serves traditional Jamaican dishes and the food we had was very nice. There were meat and vegan choices which we took advantage of.
