   Interested in their trade, happy to impart how-to-do-it to non-plumbers in need. Last month I bought a bath panel. Low tech but they were helpful in telling me what to do. Panel now cut-&-done. Today I needed a replacement panel for a cistern top. After a discussion on alternatives,, voila! I left with a most suitable panel that will be cut to do the job. As Arnie said "I'll be back."

   HPS Orpington was recommended to me by a friend and I was very impressed. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I sat down with Megan and we went through everything I needed for my bathroom. She was lovely to chat to and very knowledgeable about the products on offer. I went away to think about a few choices. In the following days I rang and spoke to Megan and other members of staff who were very helpful answering my questions and amending my quote. When I was ready to order I even paid over the phone which was useful. My order came quickly and was delivered at a convenient time. The delivery man was extremely helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, our plumbers found a problem which meant we couldn't use the shower tray I had ordered. I called HPS and spoke to Rob, who not only got me exactly the tray I needed but arranged to deliver it and collect the returning one within a couple of days. I would definitely recommend HPS to others, they are professional, friendly and just brilliant!
