   To put it simply - I will never buy trainers from anywhere but here ever again. Outstanding service from the young man that helped me- literally must have been back and forth to the storeroom 10 times to try size up, size down, slightly wider, different brand and so on- always happy to do so and always back in a flash. Definitely knew his product and when through all the pros and cons of various models and what would suit me best for a fused toe that needs a bit of space in the shoe. The two other staff in the shop seemed equally as friendly and helpful. They have a terrific range of top quality running shoes and as a bonus the Vitality Health insurance I had means one pair half price per year. Could not possibly recommend this place highly enough- outstanding and attentive service. Thank you.

   I had a gait analysis appointment with Holly today 27th January and what a pleasure it was. The appointment was really informative and gave me some great insights into my running. Holly was so friendly and warm and made the whole appointment a pleasure and had brilliant knowledge of the brands and styles that would suit me, and I came away with not only a pair of running trainers that I love but that will give me great support to help improve my running too.

   Excellent service from very friendly staff. Proper gait analysis on treadmill with slow motion camera analysis. Good knowledge from the staff and advice on suitable running shoes. Respectful of budget and did not try to force the upsell beyond my budget limit. Would recommend to others, my wife plans to go there for her next pair. Shopped again there recently, staff ordered my size in especially from another branch to ensure I got the sale price. Brilliant service.

   I went there to get GAIT analysis. Staff were really helpful and Holly was an amazing staff who was really good in explaining the details of what type of shoe is good for my foot type before and after the GAIT analysis. I highly recommend this shop.

He helped address my concerns and requirements. Ended up purchasing a pair of Brooks. Despite not having my size in stock, he managed to source one pair from another branch and have it shipped to my home. Couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommended.    Went in for a gait analysis and ended up having a chat and in-depth discussion with Miles for over an hour. He is unbelievably knowledgable and really helped me look into things that I should incorporate into my running which will help me improve and overcome injury. He also let me geek out and try on a variety of different running shoes, without pressuring me to buy anything at all. I'm sure he would have been equally as happy for me to just leave with some newly acquired knowledge without buying anything new; needless to say though, I couldn't resist some new shoes and running gear. Overall, brilliant shop, well equipped, one alarmingly knowledgable Miles, and very happy and friendly coworkers! If you're in the area, deal yourself in now.

   Excellent experience at this store. I had a gait analysis and Myles dedicated a lot of his time to really explain the analysis to me. I learned a lot from this and it gave me a much better understanding of what to look for in a running shoe. He was very knowledgeable and brought out several pairs of shoes for me to try and gave a thorough explanation of their differences. There was no pressure to buy and I was able to try out the shoes on a treadmil for as long as I needed. Ended up finding a very comfortable shoe and looking forward to go for a run in them. I will definitely come back to buy more kit from this store.

   The staff in this store are brilliant! Really efficient and friendly. I had a GAIT Analysis done.At no point did I feel pressured to buy, I tried on loads of different trainers and the staff member spent ages explaining what to consider when buying running shoes etc. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks, and will go back for my next one! great job guys!
