Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “Love Wilko's in Orpington, always a great range of good, sensibly priced products. The staff are always helpful and ready to assist. Will be an absolute shame if Wilko's went the same way as Woolworths and were consigned to history. People, get away from your screens, off line, and save your high street, you'll miss it when it's gone.”

“Being a Superstore rather than a Tesco Extra, this store is lacking the extensive homewares and electronics sections of larger outlets, and the small area allocated to clothes is a little underwhelming, but otherwise this is a good sized supermarket offering pretty much everything you need for a regular grocery shop. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of Scan As You Shop devices, a cafe and loads of parking.”

“To be hounest when i first used the shop they didnt seem to welcome me and there paypoint never worked i was kinda put off by this, i know paypoints are a zero mark up profit so i guess they didnt like you just using the store for just the zero profit benefits as these are used in shops to attract customers to buy items then top up there elcetric or gas , but as i became a regular due to prices in another nearby shop , after a while all of a sudden there paypoint always worked lol and they became more friendly now i wont vist many other small convenience stores because they are atualy nice people when you get to know them and become a regualar customer - husband and wife run store”

“- Good Local Branch - I'm a big fan of the high street rather than online shopping. Unlike many companies, Poundland deserve credit as they still seem committed to being in the community, with a good network of local branchs. With a good offering of simple and affordable products at reasonable prices ( although often slightly more than £1 these days). I find their food offering to be particularly very good. They offer a good selection of frozen meals and bottles of drink. These are often significantly cheaper than the main supermarkets for 'like for like' products. The store is normally very clean and well laid out. The staff here are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the self checkouts were efficient.”

PARTICULAR thanks to security guard today (Thursday 13th June morning), who helped me find my husband when I mislaid him! He found me several spare husbands before the right one, all handled sensitively and politely. Thank you ( Small elderly couple)”

“Been several times at this location. Just want to mention the great customer service and help MUNISHE presented to me. She is just amazing, polite, sweet, all the time with a smule on her face great behaviour and she even helped me out with the Boots card when most of her colleagues just ignored me because too lazy to help a customer with the activation of a card. I have no idea what Munishe’ s position work is but She deserves to be on top of the customer service. Im not even a fussy person just a customer who likes to receive a right behaviour and a helpful one. Thank you Munishe.”
