   Awful service. When I arrived, the man in a suit looked at me but didn’t serve me. I assumed he was helping another customer, so I waited patiently. It turned out he was just restocking shelves, and he only approached me after several more customers had arrived. Even worse, when the lady (the pharmacist, I assume) looked at my prescription, she simply said, “Unfortunately, we don’t have any,” and then turned away. Did it not occur to them to offer to order it in? This pharmacy used to be good, but the service has deteriorated significantly, which seems consistent with the other 1‑star reviews. I ended up going to the Boots pharmacy next door and was served properly there.

   Apathetic and unprofessional people were told over phone about our childs condition ... did a 180 when went in person . Were disinterested to even examine the child let alone give proper meds despite being told that all home remedies,supermarket syrups etc has been ineffective over last 2 weeks. So we walked out and went next door and got thoroughly checked within seconds and told kid had severe infection prescribed medication immediately .

   Last time I called at this chemist they didn’t have Atorvastatin, I mean which chemist doesn’t have Atorvastatin one of the most common drugs on prescription. This time they didn’t have Sacributyl, gave me 10 tablets of my 112, means I have to make a 6 mile round trip to go back. Made me wait an hour to get my prescription. This is the last time I get my prescription here and I will be complaining direct to the NHS too. I guarantee there will be consequences

   Just found out that I’ve been getting absolutely fleeced by Petts Wood Pharmacy for the last few years. I’ve been taking Phenergan’s for a number of years for motion sickness. It used to cost £7.99. During lockdown the price increased to over £30 which I was told was due to a shortage of supply which I understood. Since then it has continued to cost £29.99. The last time I was in the shop the person serving me checked with a colleague that the price was correct as she was surprised at how expensive it was and was quietly told that it was correct. So it got me thinking to look around in other pharmacies: Boots = £9.99. Lloyds = £9.99 Paydens = £9.99 and I asked the question at Paydens about how long it’s been that price and I was told by the manager that apart from a short period in 2020/21 it had been less than £10 since for the last few years. No issues with supply or suppliers!! I feel like Petts Wood Pharmacy saw an opportunity to make profit and took advantage of it. I won’t be buying anything there again and I would advise that if you do that you price check first.

   Awful service. Tried to get a flu vaccination but they were out. Advised to come back week after as they ‘might’ have stock by then. Tried ringing several times (no response). Emailed query (no response). Went back week later - still no stock. No regrets or apologies either or offer to contact me when stocks arrive. Got jab elsewhere day after request.

   Late night panic with 17 month old. Frantically drove up at 20:20 as stated they were open until 9. This is not true. Pulled up only to find it was shut, this was 20:34. Left me in a panic and frantically driving around to find another pharmacy open miles away. Please re do your opening hours Information.

   I have spent years as a customer to this pharmacy and have never felt so let down. The service years ago was fantastic but now (I assume this applies to everyone) you have to go in and wait 30mins for your prescription as it’s not been made up! When I asked ‘why if it was sent electronically is it not ready?’ They replied short staffed! They even recommended me to try Boots next door?! They have been ‘short staffed’ for over a year now and the website offers a service contrary to what I am receiving.

   Like the other reviews state they refuses to answer the phone I called 3 times trying to sort an emergency prescription before going into the shop the phone was ringing constantly while I was there and out of all of the members of staff in the shop not one of them answered the phone even once. Everyone who is as coming into the stores prescriptions also weren’t ready.
