“I cannot rate Longcroft high enough! Daisy is an absolute dream person to leave your furry friends with while you are away. She is so nice and easy to deal with and the service she provides is fantastic. We had regular pictures and updates on how our two were doing while we were away, which is so reassuring. We have two young, indoor cats who had never been away from home before. So were a bit worried about how they would adapt but we need not have worried! Daisy won them over in no time and they had a lovely holiday, while we had peace of mind to enjoy ours.”

“Great shop with friendly staff. Wide selection of pet equipment and food. We feed raw, so nice that a local shop is selling it too. Also rent the wash room for the dog. It's great when he's really dirty and means you don't have to trash your bathroom at home! A win win..”

“Best vets hands down. They love their animals so much and it really makes that difference. Pricing is very good too. Only thing receptionist was not very friendly when I paid my bill in cash. She seemed to be annoyed by this fact but the vets there are lovely and I would recommend to anyone”

“Martine does a fabulous job with my little Yorkie Rory. He loves going to happy pets and gets lots of fuss and cuddles. Now when I drop him off he runs in and doesn't even look back! You can tell Martine is a real animal lover. 10 out of 10 from me and Rory!”

“Louise cared for our two pugs while we went on holiday. The dogs loved her could tell by the photos she sent me. I enjoyed my holiday without worry . I highly recommend louise to new clients she was outstanding.”

Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “Stayed at Orpington Premier Inn over Xmas and was very impressed. The team were very helpful and friendly. Food was great and they catered for all our family who joined us at breakfast which was lovely.”

“Our staff stayed at Love and Peace Cottage for a two nights and they ended asking to extend for another three days. The place is meticulously warm, with clean rooms , bathroom and the facilities readily available plus Great break fast . But the highlight for the staff was the Manager of the place , Patricia who was described as extremely helpful, caring and understanding.”

“Just want to say a huge thankyou to everyone at the practice, the vets, nurses, receptionist for their care of Beau , our pug puppy. We had the traumatic experience of having to remove his eye and the after - care of this and the care of his second eye which ,due to the upmost care,knowledge and professionalism of the vets, is now healed. Cannot recommend this practice enough for the empathy along with the specialist knowledge of all staff in this practice ; applaud we must ! We are all truly thankful,. “Went here on the off chance for breakfast. Ordered scrambled eggs on toast and hot chocolate. The eggs were done to my liking and the hot chocolate was really nice, not too sweet. The waitress was very polite and cheerful. Would go here again.”

“Second time using vipoochies. My girl has come back smelling and looking amazing, with a waging tail. Sophie will do her best to accommodate the style/groom you want as best she can whilst still keeping the dogs best interest at the core of the groom. Being mobile means no trips on public transport for us and I can know a cup of tea knowing my girl is safe just outside my door. Very friendly and professional service.”
