   The vets themselves, absolutely lovely. However, I was charged £40 for drops that I could have got for £10, if purchased independently. Exactly the same drops. I was charged £27.01 for re-mend gel, I could have bought for £10. I’m not a wealthy women, it’s expensive enough. Why are we being overcharged for these products

   This vet practice is the best I have ever used. They are kind, caring and professional. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommend using them. Their 24hr emergency care in Dartford is part of their group and you know they can access all your pets records quickly and continue the care.

   My dog had a tick behind her front leg and I wasn't confident I could remove it successfully so I registered her with All Creatures Chelsfield which was prompt and straightforward. Half an hour later we attended the clinic which was very friendly and welcoming. Laura was so nice to my dog, calm and friendly which I think made the tick removal easier to manage. Within minutes we were all set to leave happy and healthy. The clinic was running slightly behind schedule, but we were kept informed of this and regularly updated on how long the wait would be. A much less stressful encounter than with our previous vetinary clinic - thank you Laura and Ellie :)

   I’m sorry to say, since Medivet took over All Creatures hasn’t been the same, they’ve lost that personal touch, the staff have all changed, even though the staff are very friendly and polite, it’s just not the same, very expensive now, my dog had to have blood tests every 6 months, and was told by the assistant that the Vet would ring to discuss the results, I heard nothing, I ended up ringing them, such a shame

   I’m can not fault the vets and the nurses but since the practice has been taken over by medi vet the prices have gone up an eye watering amount. I’ve been contacting other local non medi ver practices and their prices are a fraction of the price. If medi vet do not decrease their prices I will be moving to another vet which is such a shame as they are all great people and my dog loves going their.
