   Lovely lady!! She squeezed me in for a impromptu nail clip and was soooo patient and welcoming. She managed to put my anxious dog at ease with her calming and kind nature. Highly recommend!!

   I took my dog to be groomed at Groom Time in December 2021. We take him to be groomed every 10 weeks. I have been to Groom Time once before and was quite happy with the last cut. On this occasion, he was shaved to the point his skin was clearly visible under a short layer of fur. The cut was very uneven. A few days later, due to our dog's ears constantly twitching, we discovered two large blood blisters on both his ears where they had been ‘nicked’. He was very subdued, staying in his bed for most of the time. It was very distressing for me and my family to see our dog looking so traumatised. I contacted Jo (the owner) several times mentioning all of the above. Jo's response was defensive and acknowledged very little responsibility. It was wrong of Jo to proceed with such a drastic cut without first informing me. Secondly, I should have been notified of any 'nicks' so that I could apply proper treatment to reduce my dog's suffering. My dog's behaviour had changed so much I suspect that he was traumatised by the cut. I am posting here to ensure this does not happen again to another unfortunate dog.

   I cannot recommend the service enough – Jo is friendly, helpful and our dog Gilbert, bonded with her straight away on the first visit. Jo went the extra mile to research the breed-specific grooming styles and demonstrates a high level of skill in creating the right look. Gilbert always looks and smells amazing after his grooming session with Jo. 5/5 Stars!

   Booked my cocker spaniel in for a groom. I was impressed with the set up. Jo the owner was very welcoming, i was concerned as my dog is nervous of other dogs but she said she only has one dog at a time. When I collected reggie he looked great and smelt wonderful, and was really relaxed. Totally recommend groom time, Jo is An amazing groomer.
