“A great vet practice. Always a welcoming bunch on arrival, and every vet seen to date, seems to really put the pet first. It’s easy to book appointments, and if ever I’ve had to change appointments, they’re always happy to assist. I just wished my GP treated me the same way. Lol”

“I changed vets to this one. They have been very good and friendly. They don't try and stripe you up like other vets. Consultant fees were nearly £20 cheaper than the last vets.”

“I only stayed for 1 night but i had a brilliant stay, i had a nice quiet room. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely. I will definitely be returning. Overall a lovely hotel.”

“Liz came for a meet and greet with us with and we went through all of our worries and needs (hes  a puppy with poodle in him so tends to get over excited and bark!) As we work full time and have  family helping us day to day Liz has had to  meet us all. Jasper adores his time with Liz twice a week on walks. Liz has been amazing and given some great advice, she always updates me on how his walk has been and often there's a photo to go along with it. I'm so pleased with how its going with his walks and in time when he's ready hope for him to join up with another dog or even group walk. Liz is kind, professional and has settled my mind that Jasper is safe and happy with her... he is already waiting at the door when she picks him up.  As we are going through training with our pup it was great to know I can let Liz know anything new and she will continue to use those words etc for training causing less confusion for him. Jasper is a super happy pup with his new found friend in Liz.”

“We was greeted by Paris on front desk very friendly polite and made us feel welcome. The room was a nice size and very clean. The only thing room could done with either a way to open window fully or Aircon. But did have a fan so wasn't too bad. Hight street noise and Waitrose at the back not too bad at all. Beds are comftable we had stayed in premier inn for two nights before this and premier inn beds we got no sleep. Travelodge we had a good night's sleep so we will definitely be staying again.”

“Grace is absolutely fantastic with the dogs she cares for, she is kind and knowledgeable and always puts the dogs needs first giving them the attention they need on their walks. Grace is always on time and is great at communicating any changes that may occur due to extreme weather etc. Grace offers a different walk experience every week for the dogs and selects different locations to give variety and stop them from becoming too familiar or board. She plays different stimulating games such as ball games, find the treat games to keep the dogs busy. Grace sets up special parties and dog sessions in safe fields with agility courses for the dogs. We always feel that Grace loves her work and never get the sense that she's just in it for the money like some other dog walkers. She is lovely, genuinely kind and patient and has given us so much helpful advice in training Hugo. Hugo sits waiting for Grace and is excited to go on the walk with his dog friends each week...we trust Grace 100% and are so grateful for all she does! Hugo also assures me that Grace and Aunty give the best sausage treats at the end of their walks!”

“I highly recommend Ruby's Purple Paws. Our dog Bettie has been going on walks for over a year and she absolutely loves them. Literally waits by the door for Ruby to turn up! Communication is excellent and Ruby will do her best to accommodate requests where possible. Been a 100% positive experience so far.”

“Our cat unfortunately went missing in March. I had an email out of the blue in July from Parkvets to say she had been handed in along with 6 kittens. She was just about to be neutered when she vanished. We had previously been told by a local vet that she was a he, but that's another story. She had somehow travelled from Lincoln to Sidcup! Parkvets were marvelous. Looking after her and the kittens. Even taking photos and sexing them and weighing. I will be for ever grateful to them for tracking me down and reuniting us. An excellent vets.”

“Being a Superstore rather than a Tesco Extra, this store is lacking the extensive homewares and electronics sections of larger outlets, and the small area allocated to clothes is a little underwhelming, but otherwise this is a good sized supermarket offering pretty much everything you need for a regular grocery shop. Staff are helpful, there are plenty of Scan As You Shop devices, a cafe and loads of parking.”

“Our cat received exceptional care throughout the night from all staff at Vets Now. We were kept informed throughout by experienced and professional staff. I truly believe that their care and dedication is what enabled us to be able to bring our cat home well enough for us to look after him ourselves. Myself and my family want to wholeheartedly thank everyone at Vets Now for everything they did and would highly recommend their services.”
