Patience of a saint , calmed our cat down , great customer and cat service . Highly recommend . Made our baby happy and safe .
Went there yesterday, our dog Chase is quite nervous, we took him in October last year for the first time. Susie & Caitlin are brilliant with him and did a great job giving him a cut. Would highly recommend already booked in for July.
I required a specialist groomers for my carcashion sheperd , who is a large and was overdue a groom, the lady assured me they have this breed on their books and was aware of what was required. On leaving him it then soon became apparent that they clearly couldn’t cope as we received a phone call asking us to help to get him out the bath, after we helped we then went home , after 3 hours I received a message saying they’d had enough and so had he , after collecting and paying £150 we noticed he hadn’t been groomed properly, he then returned after I’d complained to be finished, see my photos as to how they left my dog, AVOID THIS GROOMERS AT ALL COSTS !!!! His leg was bleeding, his front legs untouched and his tail completely gone, his coat still heavy with dead fur , absolutely hideous what they have done to him !! 9 years experience means nothing!! Be warned!!
Susie has been grooming our dog, Rolo, since he was a pup. As a pup Rolo was very nervous (he's a rescue) and Susie has always treated him with the compassion he needs to be comfortable. Her grooming is top notch too, he starts off having a coconut oil massage, then gets a nice bath and a blow dry. Now joined in the business by her very able assistant Caitlin, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Susie to anyone whose dog needs a polish, particularly if they are a little nervous. Rolo loves his visits, other than the blow-dry...
I cannot rate this highly enough. My poor cat was in a dreadful state and these ladies went above And beyond kindness efficiency,, and care both for my cat and me. Thank you. I would highly Recommend this pet parlour.

Fantastic staff..... caring, professional and excellent grooming. My little lad was in a stressful place before adopted him. He is a very sensitive and a worrier. The staff made him feel at ease and went off quite happily to be groomed. What a very handsome boy he is now, everyone has commented. I would recommend Beautifur to all my friends
