   I can't say enough good things about Medi Vet, especially Sandra. The entire team is kind, professional and genuinely care about every animal that walks through their door. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure both pets and owners feel comfortable. Whether its a routine check up or something serious, I know my pet is in the best hands possible. The staff go above and beyond to provide top quality care. Thank you Medi Vet for always treating our furry friends with so much compassion. Best vet's around in my opinion.

   Sandra is a fantastic, genuine and caring vet. Always provides good, sound advice and I have always felt confident in the care she provides for my dog Pixie. The ladies in the practice both the nurses and reception staff are polite and helpful on the telephone and whilst Im in the practice. Would not go anywhere else. Would highly recommend.

   We have been with this practice for nearly 15 years. They have been looking after our 4 dogs really well over the years. The vet Sandra is very friendly, helpful and professional. All the staff members including the receptionists show respect, care and love to us and our dogs. We will not hesitate to recommend this practice to any animal owners.

   Fabulous. Whole team caring from the moment I arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. I had hard decisions to make but they allowed me time to make the decision. I could see my pet was very poorly and there was multi team members working on her. Thank you to the whole team.

   This is an outstanding surgery. Everyone we’ve encountered is professional and polite, in particular Becky, who is an expert at untangling insurance claims and ensuring our account is up to date and correct. That said, the real star of the show is our vet, Sandra. Sandra is calm, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I credit her with extending the lives (and quality of life) of several of our cats. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Sandra, she works harder than anyone else I can think of. Sometimes it’s the small touches that make a difference - a handwritten sympathy card and frame containing paw prints when a cat passes away, a phone call now and then to check in on the feline family…I can’t recommend Sandra and her team any higher - five stars all the way!
