“My kitten stayed here in December, his first time in a cattery. I was a very anxious cat mummy as Dylan is a rescue. I cannot praise this establishment enough. Not only did they post pictures and videos on their fb page . But they told me I could email if I was concerned. They replied promptly to all my emails and constantly reassured me . I had one very calm ,happy kitty when I returned from my holiday . So much so that I've booked him in for our holiday in July . The staff are so caring and so passionate about what they do , that no matter how anxious I feel about leaving my fur baby , I have every confidence that they will give him the same care and love as if he was their own and if I have a wobble they won't delay in letting me know that he is happy and ok . They even let me come and look round and meet the staff before his first stay . 10/10 on every aspect of my Dillsy's stay”

“Excellent vet care and surgery. My cat has been with them since 2015 and all the doctors and nurses have been exceptional. It is the best vet surgery I have come across every in London.”

“The owners of this Hotel, Lucky and Nina, are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are kind and helpful and always have time for a chat. The Hotel is a listed building and has been renovated into a beautiful hotel with everything you could possibly need. It is incredibly clean, warm and homely. The rooms are gorgeous with lovely fittings and the bathroom has really good light and a nice shower with constant hot water. I felt so at home and comfortable I did not want to leave. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world but this Hotel beats the lot! What more can I say? 5 star rating plus from me and a great big thank you to our hosts.”

“I stay here regularly for business, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and apart from the occasional issue with streaming devices to the TV there's never been any issues. Could maybe add some specials to the dinner menu for a bit of variety but that's just being picky........”

“My border terrier has been coming here for well over a year and it has become a home away from home for him. As a pandemic puppy we were worried he may struggle with other dogs after the isolation when he was little, but Lynn and Gary eased him in and treated him with such care that his confidence has come on leaps and bounds, quite literally. He absolutely loves his time at daycare, plays all day and comes back a tired and happy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Our Pad Your Paws, a brilliant daycare run by fantastic people.”
