   I have been going to Steph for my cockapoo for a a while now. He is very anxious, and even more nervous ever since I took him to a different groomer who had very little patience and cut his paw during a nail clip, which made him worse for future visits. Steph continuously takes the time to wait until he has shown he is calm before she starts. He has gone from shaking & licking nervously to laying on his back relaxed throughout the whole process. I will only go to Steph for grooms and nail clips because of this. Thank you Steph!

My dog Bella absolutely loves her and the care and attention Stephanie shows to Bella is second to none. Bella’s cut is always perfect and she always smells amazing.    Stephanie has done an amazing job with my fawn pug Cookie. She sheds a lot and she is loosing all of her very thick winter coat. Stephanie got all of the extra fur out and even a week later the shedding is minimal. It makes a huge difference. Thank you!

   This was the first time I have ever used a dog groomer before and from looking at the reviews I contacted Stephanie and talked through possible worries my foster dog may have about being groomed, as she was a rescued street dog and also has a hind leg disability. Stephanie was knowledgeable, empathetic and clearly very experienced so I felt confident she was right for Tilly. I dropped Tilly off this afternoon and the process was easy, safe and Stephanie was so welcoming, the grooming area looked amazing too. On collecting Tilly she looked wonderful, what a difference! She had a bath and brush and I was given great feedback from Stephanie. Tilly smells 10 times better and her coat is so soft and silky, Tilly must feel so much better for it too, thank you Stephanie for all your help.

   My husband took our beautiful Ragdoll cat, Louie, along to Stephanie to have his claws trimmed. He is groomed everyday at home and he loves having his coat combed and brushed. However, he hates us trying to cut his claws and refuses to let us do it by pulling his paws away and being extremely vocal!! We were at our wits end as local groomers were not interested in helping us. We are so lucky to have found Stephanie. She was so calm and gentle and let him have a little wander to satisfy his curiosity and investigate her lovely salon quietly, before she started work with him. As soon as she began to hold his paws, he relaxed and she completed all four paws with no fuss from him whatsoever. We have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who loves their cat and wants a wonderful groomer. From now on, Louie will be visiting Stephanie for his manicure and pedicure every five to six weeks.
