   Bang on time for the puppies appointment, medication dispensed was same price as amazon so no silly mark up, and the puppy is looking a lot better.

   I've received email and text about the place and time of the visit. When I showed up on the day, the place is closed. After calling their reception I've been told that this one is closed and they only have one open at Abbey Wood... Sort your communication out guys, I will be looking for another vet.

   Really friendly vets. All staff highly knowledgeable. Vets themselves speak clearly and make sure that you understand what may be wrong with your pet. Will always go that bit extra to explain ailments, cause and cure. Not in it to make money so to speak. Highly recommended.

   I had my cat, Charlie, registered at Aspen Vets (Abbey Wood branch) for 4 years. He was an aggressive little thing and didn't respond well to most of the staff. For some reason, Rai always managed to handle him well and with no nonsense. He was gentle but firm with Charlie. Rai is based at the Sidcup branch the majority of the time so I went the extra 10 minutes in the car to make sure Charlie was seen by him. I had Charlie put to sleep yesterday, which was very upsetting but Rai outlined every step he was going to take and even every step he might have to take if the first ones didn't work (i.e, if he couldn't find the kidneys, or he couldn't get a vein for the needle). He was extremely empathetic and so very kind to my boyfriend and I - we were obviously in tears and struggling. He was fine with us staying with Charlie through the euthanasia and even checked to see if we'd experienced it before as it's obviously traumatic. I would highly recommend Aspen Vets. Don't be afraid to request a particular vet if your pet responds well to that person; after all, your pet needs to be at ease as much as possible.

   Took my new cats to Aspen Vets to be neutered as they are closer than the vets I used to use. The premises appear newly refurbished and spotlessly clean. It is very easy to park at, whether you use the customer car park or the road outside, which is important as you do not want added stress for these visits! The care given was fantastic and prices reasonable. I have so far seen two vets, along with the helpful receptionist who all impressed me with their knowledge and compassion, as we all think the world of our pets.
